Lori and Paul were absolutely wonderful!! They both got me a great vehicle. They took their time to find me the right one and I absolutely love it!! I would definitely recommend Perfection to friends. Even the financing part was pretty easy. It took a little while to find the right place to finance it but Lori did an excellent job finding the right credit union that would finance it at a great rate!!

We had a great experience with Ron and also Paul! We were at the end of a grueling two week search for the perfect car for our son. The search stopped when we found Perfection on Academy! : Ron was very helpful when we first stopped in. He answered our many questions in a kind and knowledgeable way! He and Paul both made it a very comfortable situation for us! These guys are great! Well priced vehicles and they will work with your budget. They went out of their way to serve me. I was looking specifically for a Honda Accord and they called me when they had something they thought I might be interested in. I ended up going with a different Accord at another location because it just happened to have the features I was looking for. But I would not hesitate to visit and work with these guys the next time I am on the market for a vehicle.

The sales representative, Ron, was awesome, I felt very comfortable and I trusted him completely, it was a great experience I would recommend people on him alone. I also love my car! I love how easy it was to get problems addressed, I was very impressed with the service center's speed and attentiveness. Only issue I experienced was the Hard push to buy extras, it made me very uncomfortable. Especially, after how pleasant it had been to work with Ron.

I am a very happy owner of a Prius that is in phenomenal condition and Academy offered at a great price. Lorie and the other staff were incredibly generous, professional, down-to-earth, and accomodated my first-time-buyer's angst, patiently allowing me to test drive five different vehicles, borrow two different vehicles overnight while I took them for independent inspections, and walked me through the financing and registration processes, helping me find the best plan available. Every vehicle I tried here was a good one, it was tough to decide! They do an excellent job with their fleet and are very upfront and comprehensive about the condition of their vehicles. The independent inspections I had done matched the information they provided about the cars very closely, there were no surprises. I received excellent service and an excellent car and I would recommend this as a great place to look if you want to find a great car!

I love this Honda location! I purchased a used car here it was the best customer service I had out of many used car lots, e.g. no pressure and lots of answers to my many questions and continue to take it here for routine mechanical maintenance. It is easily my favorite Honda location in Albuquerque. Everyone is super organized and timely, while still being relaxed and without making me feel rushed. The service office is very friendly and professional and they tell me what is going on with my car without any pressure to immediately resolve it. Christie in the service office has informed me about recalls for my vehicle that I did not know about recalls other than the airbags. She is amazing in all regards and has helped me with any questions and situations I have had throughout the several years I have been going. Very easy to talk to and get helpful information from. And last but not least, my ten year old car is in great mechanical shape. I love the comfortable family feel of this place. It feels personable and trustworthy.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Perfection on Academy in Albuquerque, NM. From start to finish, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. No hard sell, they were patient with me, showing me various vehicle types and letting me drive them. They answered my questions and treated me professionally and respectfully. As a woman of a certain age, arriving by myself not bringing a man with me, I found it refreshing to be treated with such patience and respect. I got a great car and a great value. I love the attention to both detail and quality in this organization. And Paul and Ron helped me feel at ease through the entire process. Thank you!

My husband and I originally went to the perfection Honda in Rio Rancho, but after we were greeted by Juan he let us know the truck we were interested in was at this location. We met him there and he was just so awesome and friendly the whole time. This is a great dealership to work with that we not only went home with an amazing truck but another car we weren't expecting. The team there did EVERYTHING they could to get us the lowest rates and they were great to work with! Paul Dan are also amazing! Ron is also a great team member. I recommend this dealership 100%!!

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else for purchasing a vehicle. I recently bought a vehicle with them. I paid 30k for it not cheap! and yes, at first the sales department was friendly and willing to do what it takes to make a sale. I have had my vehicle for a little over a month and I have had to take it back to the service department 3 or more times for mechanical issues and once for an emissions test required to get vehicle registered. The sales/finance staff wasn’t so helpful anymore, and have on several occasions made us feel like we are an inconvenience for them. It’s extremely frustrating and has made it difficult for us to trust this dealership. So fast forward to 4-5 service trips later, my temporary tag has expired, I call the dealership and inform them of this and ask where my Licenses plate and registration is. I am then notified that my vehicle was never registered because there was no emissions test done. You guessed it, another inconvenient trip to the service department for them to complete a service they told me was already done. And who knows when I would have heard about this if I wouldn’t have called them. Worst service I’ve ever received.
