My wife and I brought her car in for a windshield repair, and the service was super slow, and highly over priced.... very disappointed because when we were looking at the reviews for this place they were pretty good. I talked to the owners, Tony and Jared... I believe we're the names... I tried to tell them I was unhappy and wanted a small discount... because it was highly over priced... but they were super rude and wouldn't even try to help figure the situation out... very disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon...Service: Auto glass repair

They charge about 20-25% more than other places in town. I had them quote 7 items and all were significantly higher than every other place I called. They also charge a $65 fee for diagnostics. I can't speak of their service, only their pricing.

Horrible service.. had an appointment twice and 24 hours later, they still hadn't looked at my car. Both times they had my cars or trucks they quoted me over 3k to fix them when it actually only cost a different mechanic less than 700 for it all. No wonder they have a beautiful building

I trust Christian Auto Bros. with all the repairs on my car. They do a better job than the Honda dealerships in Billings. In addition, the owner, Tony, once helped me on a Sunday, when the shop was not even open. Now, that's commitment to customers and a sense of decency that you won't find at the dealerships. I Walked In To Get An Estimate, They Were Very Polite Very Clean Place But When I Looked Around I Happened To See A Wooden Christian Cross In Their Waiting Area Then After Asking How Much They Would Charge For A Tuneup, The Guy At The Counter Had Told Me That They Wouldn't Be The Cheapest Place In Town To Get A Tuneup. My Truthful Opinion: Real Christians , Don't Charge Outrageous Prices Especially For A Tuneup, They Usually Will Volunteer Or Do Their Work At Reasonable Rates. So After That, I Never Went Back To My Appointment.

I called to have an alignment on my truck and they were able to fit me in the same day and had it ready within a few hours. They charged a very reasonable flat fee, provided a prompt shuttle service, and sent me home with the alignment report. I'm more than happy my truck drives straight again.Service: Wheel alignment
