Most pleasurable car buying experience ever! They had a line up of cars that were in my budget. I was allowed to test drive each one for however long I wanted. I found the one I wanted to buy and they had the deal done very quick! It was a hard decision as each car I drove was of excellent condition and priced within kbb value not marked up! Del and John were absolutely amazing. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a BMW and I have had a great experience with Dana Motors. The team they have is great and very knowledgeable. They are very easy people to converse with and it feels good knowing great people are working on my vehicle. This is the best car dealer I have been to and service is amazing. I took my saab convertible into data motors for some repairs . I was having issues with my spedometer and - lights not working. I paid $300 plus installation for a battery cable that did not fix the problem. The service manager said well I did not promise you that it would. Which happens. Then I asked can you take a look at my convertible top. He rudely said I told you That we do not fix those.!! I was polite to him and then he treated me like I was a nuisance. I talked with a few other people that own saabs and said they had same issues with his rudeness. I think Brian Degele needs a new job that does not involve customer service.!!
It isn't easy to find anyone knowledgeable about my Volkswagen Touareg outside of the dealership. I heard there were a few guys at Dana Motors that knew Volkswagen's very well. I needed my air conditioner fixed. I didn't want to take it to the dealership because of the price to even have it looked at. So, I have had a lot of friends and neighbors try to help with charging it, discharging and charging again, checking fuses.....and then in July, 100+ degrees! I called Dana Motors on a Tuesday, took it in Thursday morning, and by noon it was fixed. They could have easily told me I needed a very expensive compressor or any number of things. They charged me a little over $100 and explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. They have all of my future business. I recommend Dana Motors to anybody!
We were surprised with our buying experience with Dana Motors. First off with our solo test drive. John was helpful and knowledgeable and didn't even ask for a phone number when we said we would think about it. When we decided to purchase our BMW, John quickly responded to all calls and texts. Meet Del and several guys in the shop and they were all great to talk to and work with. Thank you everyone all for a pleasant buying experience. We also love our new car!
The whole Dana team are fantastic. Not only did they get me in for repairs twice within a few weeks when it seems everywhere else is booked out for months, but Brian was able to do mulitple repairs the same day. This is important to me because I have to drive a few hours to get there, but Dana is the only shop I feel confident to work on my Saab. The service dept gave me a small list of what needed to be done; since they know I do work on my car they even broke down the difficulty and advised what I could tackle on my own talk about an honest mechanic. J.J. in parts is great and quite honestly a bit of a magician. Not only did she find all the parts that were needed for a Saab, which are notoriously for being a bit hard to find during normal circumstances, but doing it during the Covid 19 pandemic where there's a parts shortage on every vehicle, even on newer ones is nothing short of amazing! The sales crew were very accommodating, they let me sit on the couch in the show room where I was able to remote into work. I didn't have to take hardly any time off of work and that's great considering I have to drive 2.5 hours to get there. Can't say enough good things about them.
Completely unhelpful when it came to my vehicle needing to be fixed due to a recall. Claimed there wasn’t a recall when a simple search would have shown otherwise, so they basically passed me off to another dealer. I wouldn’t buy anything there based on this experience.
I cannot express how thankful I am for the guys here at Dana Motors! John Bennett was super accommodating to let me test drive the car by myself if I wanted to, I didn’t have a car or a ride at the moment to get here, I walked over to Dana Motors just to check this car out and instead of walking back home on this snowy day, he drove me back to my house to drop me off. Everyone here has been so friendly and not aggressive, like your typical car salesman. I even got the best deal on my new Subaru Impreza. Hands down, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks again John and everyone at Dana Motors!!
