I've only used them well, him once so far but I'm happy with the service. Took in my classic car to get some much-needed service done. It was a pricey job but the estimate squared with the prices I had researched on the Internet. It was done on-time, at-estimate, and most importantly it's fixed!

Rich has helped us for years with our vehicles and we often travel to Billings to get work done. One year, as I was leaving town, I stopped in with a nail in my tire and Rich dropped what he was doing to help me immediately so I could get on my way home.
