What should I say about this location, first of all tge SA wasn't sure about us seriously buying the bag so couple of them volunteerly come to us but when my friend showed her was going yo buy that is why we get a service. I'm enjoying tasting SA about how sge us going to be nice to us. Sge wanted to sell more and more stuff as much as she can. All service complimentary we had to ask about then she told her assistant to get it for us. This is about Surviving so i kindda understand why SA is not completely friendly to us. The benefits comes first then if she thinks she would get return customer she will be a nicer.
I was in NYC for an acting gig for the month, and I decided to visit some of the high end stores in the city, including Tiffany's, Bergdorf Goodman, and more. I was there to window shop and take a look at the fashion there, and I was impressed with what I saw there. I decided to stop at Dior for the same purpose. Unfortunately, when I got inside, I was treated like I was riffraff. From the moment I stepped inside, the associates, particularly one female associate near the front door, didn't treat me with the least bit of kindness or consideration. Even as I was wandering around the store, I felt unwelcome there. I got out of there fast, and I get the feeling the female associate was glad I left. I want to say that the associates at Tiffany's and Bergdorf Goodman treated me with more kindness and consideration because I was window shopping and exploring the fashion, and the didn't judge me by what I was wearing or what I looked like. They were even delighted that I decided to stop by at both places because I've never been inside high end stores like the ones in NYC before. That was not the case with visiting Dior in NYC. I enjoy fashion and the history very much, but if you keep on treating people who enjoy window shopping or exploring as if they're not welcome or beneath you, you will not have anybody coming back to your establishment ever again. You shouldn't judge people by what they look like for the sake of making money. I'm reluctant to return to this store after this sad experience.
Classic French designs on the high end. Yes, this is the place where one buys a Lady Dior Bag. The styles here are controlled but not pedestrian.
After taking my shoes to the DC location to exchange the size. I was informed the shoes would have to be sent back to the NY location because that’s where they were purchased from. I was notified that the shoes shipped to NY and given a phone number to the NY store to speak to someone in making sure the shoes were delivered and how long the exchange would take. I called the phone number for 3 weeks straight. I reached back out to the DC store to assist because it was ridiculous that I could not get in touch with anyone from either phone number. I then received an email from Robert to assist with getting the exchange completed which I do appreciate. However, after receiving my shoes just about 4 weeks later. They arrived dirty like they were a display shoe of some short. I did reach back out to Robert with an email about that issue, with no reply from him. All in all the experience was just disappointing. This is a high end brand and the experience should’ve been a lot smoother than that and I should’ve never received shoes that were dirty. You spend too much money to receive less than you deserve.
Dior should definitely be boycotted. Terrible experience horrible customer service. I feel ignored and robbed. I will never spend another dime on this brand again. Purchased sneakers for my son in the 57th st boutique, return them to the short Hills Mall boutique. There I was advised they had to be mailed back to New York. Against my better judgment I left them there. It’s been 3weeks and I have not received my refund nor an email confirmation of shipping nor any acceptable communication from anyone at the store I’m totally frustrated and disappointed. Never again!!!
Poor customer service, the sales associates are not knowledgeable about the Christian Dior goods products, they lack professionalism and ethic. They have no enthusiastic spirit which is a disappointment because the Dior products are pure perfection. Too bad, the employees cannot conveyed that to the clients. I will not recommend this boutique to anyone. I’ll never set foot in such poor environment. The company have great marketing but poor staff they should revalue the people that are at the forefront of their boutique because they are the brand ambassadors and should know and do better. It was a negative experience on my end for that much money that I'm glad I spent somewhere else.
First time shopping here and will never be buying from Dior again. The woman assisting me was rude and condescending while I was trying to explain issues with a product I had purchased. She would be glaring at me or talking down at me which is something I never had experienced with in other designer brand stores. I tried to be polite and friendly, but she acted as if I was wasting their time. Dior needs to start training their employees better, I don’t think they fully grasp the concept of customer service. I would give this zero stars if I could.
I never experienced such a poor customer service from a luxury brand like Dior. So disappointing. They don’t give you the time you need, just keeps saying ow! we don’t have.. . Zero effort. Dior, you should re assess the training of your salespersons!
The worst customer service experience in a luxury store! They need to retrain the employees who work in this store particular the one named Jennifer. I went in to buy a wallet and she packed me the one that was used for display for customers thinking I did not know it. Then said my credit card was declined....after connecting with my credit card customer service I was told there was no restriction on my card and I had ample credit to spend on this purchase. In fact they did not see any charge came through from Dior. I asked Jennifer to open the box to let me See the wallet before running my card again. Not surprising it was the displayed one with the plastic lining from the zipper peeled off. She denied it but I insisted have her bring out another one. I hope Dior will be able to see multiple negative customer service reviews posted. You need employees to deliver the luxury brand experience this is one of the reasons people spend top dollars to buy your products. I felt completely the opposite. I will take my money elsewhere next time.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! On June 1st, I spoke with Kyra, who reached out to Sammantha to assist me with an exchange! Receipts were provided, mind you I stated exchange not a return on a $2,500.00, bag and as of June 29, after several messages left, no one has called me back! Patronize another company!
