Omar Wilson and his Co worker were very helpful and patient while my husband and I were deciding what he should buy me for my birthday lol... Absolutely adore every shoe in this store... I will add the pic of my favorite to die for shoe... Shines bright like your feet are covered in diamonds

Let me start off by saying this was the most pleasant luxury experience I have ever had and my boyfriend and I do a decent amount of shopping. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted by Gustavo welcoming us and offering water. I called ahead for the Galativi shoe to be put on hold and it was ready for me to pick it up once I arrived. This was my first Louboutin purchase and he made sure I would remember it forever and even offered to take pictures of me with my first ever pair !! Gustavo’s customer service and hospitality was amazing and I will be going back to shop with him again. This was such a pleasant experience.

I feel like my husband was racially profiled at this location. He went there to buy me a Mother’s Day gift. The associated made him stand outside and didn’t even open the door. Thx for ruining my Mother’s Day! Oh yeah and they stood there and laughed

Professional staff. Very welcoming and loving. Goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience at the store. Hector waited on me snd he is a perfect gentleman. Kudos to the rest of the staff. I will be back to shop again

This location has a great selection. However, my sister and I noticed that the employees there offered water and their full attention to all of their customers— except us. We entered the shop respectfully and we were also the only people of color. We knew what we wanted, didn’t try on tons of shoes. We were very hurt that they offered bottled water and shifted their focus from us to other customers as they came through the door, right when we were ready to make our purchase. We didn’t make our purchase at this store, I guess they assumed we weren’t there to buy anything.

I needed a pair of shoes quickly, and the store manager Nichole took care of it. She was able to find the shoes in another state and have them shipped to me overnight. When she ran into a problem with shipping, she was able to quickly solve it, before I even know there had been a problem. The shoes arrived like magic just when I needed them. Nichole was calm, kind, competent, and professional. A true asset to the store and the Louboutin brand.

I know a size 42 is large but you made me feel special. I have to say " Thank You" and YOU ROCK! When others would have turned me away for being 4 min late you opened up and showed me love. I will forever and always remember your act of kindness and have since passed it on. You are the best. Thank you for making my first Louboutin experience a great one. And Boyfriend is FINE!
