Incompetent and likely the only option you'll have when living in DE. They inaccurately billed me instead of the insurance and the bill was insanely inflated for terrible service. Furthermore it was sent to a collection company right away which significantly harmed my credit right away and for years until I could save enough to pay them off and the collection company informed me this medical company allows no negotiation even tough it was their error and I would not got service if the insurance wouldn't of covered it, BE WARE OF THESE GREEDY JERKS! Find a doctor that cares instead.. or it will cost you thousands for half fast service anyways..
