I'm a caregiver of someone with Alzheimer's and I can't tell you how pleased I am with Home Instead.  I absolutely love the caregiver they have assigned. She is pleasant, reliable and trustworthy.  I feel totally at ease leaving her with my loved one and my cats.  It is very easy to deal with the office staff. They are extremely helpful and accommodating.  Whenever I have had to add a day to my regular schedule and my regular caregiver can't cover it, the replacement caregivers have been extremely nice and competent.  All in all, I would totally recommend Home Instead.  I had a terrible experience with the VNA that was assigned to me by the state of Delaware and this experience was like night and day.
