Totally unprofessional. The staff is very incompetent.  Do not hire this company to take care of you for your love ones. They are understaffed and they will not communicate with you. The owners name is Nya. The unprofessionalism starts from the top and trickles down throughout the bottom. Marie the secretary lady is not too bright. She is also very incompetent and doesn’t have the first clue about nursing.
