Four Seasons Healthcare

Poor organization, horrible communication, no compassion, no follow through, complete disregard for the Rules & Regulations. Complete disregard for the clients and their families. There's no accountability, just excuses, poor excuses at best. They will talk a good game when you inquire but do not be conned. Believe me I have a lot more better things to do then to write this review, feel I need to warn others. Please do not expose your loved one to these people.

My personal experience with this company is that of horrible. I am not the type of person to exaggerate a negative experience, I tell it as it is. This company in my opinion hires aids that are not properly trained and do not care about the patients they care for. They are late most of the time. From my experience they did not properly clean the patient which led to several uti's. From what I experienced this company cares only about $$$$ and I would never use or recommend them in fear that someone else's loved one would be abused and neglected. Again, this is just my opinion and I would highly recommend that if you are foolish enough to use this company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find out who some of their other clients are (without being hand feed the client through them) and see how their loved ones were treated. Oh yea, another suggestion is to get some video cameras with voice record because you never know if some items may just disappear or an aid says something that needs to be proved a lie and have a camera on you loved ones area 24/7. PS take what Richard says with a grain of salt.
