Christie's Alterations

Christie does amazing work and I absolutely love how she transformed my wedding dress. I bought a dress that fit my waist but was 4 sizes too small in the chest. In addition, I wanted the original triangle cups to be more of a sweetheart shape. Christie was able to take in the entire chest despite the delicate fabric and sequin detail. She was also able to detach the lace straps, round the cups to make a sweetheart neckline, and reattach the straps to lift up my chest. She literally created a whole new top half of a wedding dress. In addition, Christie did a perfect job shortening my dress which involved detaching the very detailed lace skirt, shortening the middle section and reattaching. Lastly, Christie was able to offer me a good price on all of the changes and completely a lot of work in about 2 months. Overall I am ecstatic with how my dress turned out and I felt confident in Christie's work the whole time. She's an expert and the best in the business. You can tell right away and I knew my wedding was in good hands right from the beginning.

Christie is great if the store is open. The hours posted are not accurate and it might as well say closed on Saturday because they are not going to be open if her employees don’t want to work. It is very annoying to drive all the way to the store on the day my clothes are supposed to be ready and I get there and it’s closed and there are lots of people waiting outside and I wait for 10 minutes 15 past online opening time and have to drive off and come back another day.

I've been coming here for years and never had any problems. From suits to jiujitsu gis on any day, Christie has always been there to help. No other place I would go!

Christie did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. I got it as a sample sale so it needed some work. Beading needed to be sewn back on in addition to the alterations. She put in special buttons underneath my dress so it could be bustled instead of having to wear a loop around my wrist the whole night. On top of that, she was able to fix the tear in my mom's veil so I could wear it for my ceremony. The level of care and customer service here is great! I would definitely use them again!

She is simply the best in the business. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. She does a fantastic job and will deliver On time and every time. Highly recommend.

Took my bridesmaid's dress to Christie for alterations. She paid attention to all my details. My dress was ready before my 3 weeks date given. The dress fits perfectly. I received so many compliments. I

I forgot to get my dress hemmed for my sisters wedding and called in a panic at 6pm needing alterations ready by noon the next day. Christie was the absolute best and said she would be able to help me. She worked so quickly, but still maintained great quality work. I’m so grateful and will now be going back for any alteration needs in the future.

She is the best! Tailored my entire tux for my wedding, including my shirt. Fast turn around and great customer service. Only place I will take my clothes!
