She lost my items and won't do anything about it.  Know that if you use this establishment you may never see your items again!!!  I've been here a few time to have pants hemmed or buttons replaced on shirts.  In August I dropped of two zippered hoodies to have the zippers replaced.  The owner said that it would take a while and that she'd call when they were done.  I hadn't heard anything, so stopped by in January.  She couldn't find either item.  Told me to giver her a week.  Come back, needs another week. Repeat this multiple times. At the end of February, she assures me she will have the items by Saturday.  I tell her I'll be out of town and back in 2 weeks.  I stop by when I'm back in town; no items.  She wants to know what I paid for the items; tells me that the guy she gave them to will be returnng them any day now.  This is no way to run a business.Service:&nbsp;Alterations

Was skeptical because she doesnt have a website shame on me but I'm glad I ignored my millennial inhibitions and went in. I showed her an example of how I wanted my 5 pricey office shirts altered and she said I could return the next day. We hardly said more than Hi and Bye. And when I went to pick up my shirts they were ready waiting for me and EXACTLY what I wanted. The price was MORE than reasonable. This place is legit. Don't be a skeptic!

Fantastic value and great customer service. They perform alterations that other alteration shops deem “too difficult". Very impressed with this place!

Owner is incredibly talented, polite, friendly and always remembers me when I come in to drop off another item. She is always very quick with her completion dates and does high quality work.

Excellent service. I purchased a very beautiful sequins gown to use for my wedding reception dinner that was too long. To avoid cutting the gorgeous detail  at the bottom, the taylor had to cut the dress at the waistband and raise the skirt portion. Needless to say, a tremendous amount of rebeading was involved. I prayed and prayed about the outcome. The end result was perfection - I was elated.

We loved Suzanne Hahn at Park Road Alterations!  She had to make the dress larger and then fine- tune the bodice, and move bead work, hem, shorten straps....  She was sweet, patient, and talented.  Thank you so much Suzanne!  Love, Karen and Rachel and the purple dress!

She is the best seamstress around the town. She alter the wedding dresses like no other for the best price!
