We used Jon for the sale of our home in Conshohocken and he did a great job for us! He made himself available prior to listing for consultation, prepared the listing using carefully selected photos and a well-written write-up, and held multiple open houses in order to get us sold. This happened on-time and at the right number, amid changing market conditions and to accommodate a job change and school transfers. Needless to say a lot is involved but Jon and his team personally attended to every detail - he’s a consummate professional who I’d use again as well as recommend to anyone else looking to sell a home in PA - top notch!

My wife and I were first time home buyers, the whole process seemed daunting, but with Jon it was a breeze. Jon made himself available to us at all crazy hours to talk us through our first time buyer jitters, go over anything that was pending and walk us through it. The home my wife and I ended up choosing was a complicated one, but Jon took care of every single detail without missing a single step. From all of the horror stories I have heard about first time home buying, we feel like Jon made the whole process as easy as buying a pack of gum. Jon recently helped us as we purchased our first home in the Doylestown, PA area. Jon was very helpful throughout our whole search. During our search, Jon showed us that he is very knowledgeable and was able to point out issues in the quality of each home that we saw. He listened to everything on our wish list and was able to give us his own opinion on what we were looking for, which ultimately helped us make our decision to look at new construction. Even in this Jon, showed that he was very familiar with new construction homes and he even helped us during the initial negotiation with our builder. He was very responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. Jon was also very flexible and made himself available on multiple evenings to discuss home possibilities with us. In the finalization of our settlement, Jon helped to make a very stressful time much more bearable. We love our home and thank Jon and his team for all that they did in working with us!

Jon was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire home buying process. It is evident that he has comprehensive knowledge about the inner workings and systems of homes and knows the right questions to ask both the lenders and the sellers. Jon couldn't be further from the pushy real estate broker that some people encounter and on more than one occasion, he talked us out of buying a home because of structural or not-so-evident issues that would have come back to bite us. We are extremely happy with the home we ended up purchasing and couldn't' have done it without Jon.
