The process was pretty quick and painless to reserve online and pickup in the shop. Was given the most basic of the Burton boots with laces even though the website hinted there could be BOA boots in the package. They were comfortable enough but tough to tie up when out on the mountain. The board was just okay. It was nearly a foot shorter than my boyfriends but way heavier. It did the job though. My main gripe is with the tech who was setting up my board. The guy didn’t even bother to check on my boot size before grabbing some bindings and just assigned me smalls. I wear a women’s 10. Definitely not the size for a small binding. While it seemed like they would fit in the store in perfect conditions with no snow and a steady place to stand, they were the most difficult bindings to clip in with even a tiny amount of snow in there or at an odd angle. Eventually I had to have my boyfriend come over to clip me in after every lift because I just got too fed up with struggling to get the ratchet clip to engage. Totally ruined one of the most epic powder days for me. Now I know what to check for before leaving the store next tine.

We rented from Christie’s for some spring skiing at snowbird...they were very helpful and had very nice gear, not like most rental places..I’d highly recommend them and would rent from them again for sure!

Claude, Ian, Gary, they are great skiers, they are knowledgeable, and no question they are the best booth fitter. and ski tuners, in Greater California, I had traces Claude down and had been seen him for my for more than I lick to say 30 plus years, Took both of my kid to get fitted, which is an art.

Competitive prices and a large selection of ski and snowboard gear. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought skis numerous times from this shop.

Knowledgeable product sales associates offered factual demo ski advice during multi-day, high end equipment rental period. They were dead on in describing ski performance and quality, offering easy ski swapping in event that demo skiis were not satisfactory at any point during daily rental (something I never had to take advantage of). Extraordinary boot fitter department, the department head is a guru as are the ranks of other fitters. Straight advice. No overselling. Excellent service. Commitment to excellent fit and resolution of special custom related foot requirements. These guys are top shelf.
