Regarding renting here: Visited the store in January of 2017 and had a great experience but fast forward to March 2018 and had a poor experience. It’s as if in one year the store shifted 180. The staff is slow and not willing to help. Looks annoyed to have customers. Everyone in the rental place seems to be a manager but very few act like that. It would be nice to have someone work there that is accountable and responsible. Ski collection was outdated and most skis were sold off or pretty damaged. For the hefty rental price I will go elsewhere in 2019 to get better price to quality service.

Dan, Cole Sports' bootfitter, was so helpful when my boots were causing more pain than even ski boots should cause! I came into the store late one evening and Dan investigated the likely cause, worked on the foot beds and heaters and sent me out to test them the next day. "Bring them back if that didn't fix the problem," he said. And he would not accept payment. It is rare to find someone who provides such great customer service, and I was not even a customer! But I will be, for sure!! Thank you, Dan!

Very helpful staff. Rental equipment very reasonably priced. In and out quickly. Fitted my boot on the first try.

This is the finest bicycle/ski shop in Park City Utah. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and courteous. While on vacation in Park City UT this week I required their assistance three times (not a good week). Each and every time they quickly took care of the issue (flat tire, broken rear wheel spoke and bent derailleur). To make every thing even better, their prices are unbelievably fair and reasonable. For years Cole Sports has gotten my business and they will for the foreseeable future.
