The people here are nice, the products are really sturdy and good, maybe a little more community related activities and events will help a great deal. Also the sales are nice not just a trow away of the hard tu sell items. Great value.

Neil was very helpful and thorough in my bag needs. Even though I wasn't able to get exactly what i wanted, I was still able to make a very informed decision on my new bag! Would recommend anyone to the location if they are looking for just the right bag and chill vibes. Thanks again!

I actually like this Brooklyn store more than the Manhattan one! Gigantic selection of both current and legacy bags. They sell locks. top of the line Abus ones! The staff is super friendly! I've exclusively owned/used Chrome bags for the past ten years and I hope they stick around for another.

Came in during a sale and bought $300 worth of stuff. The manager snarled at me bc I wanted to use a coupon Chrome emailed to me. WFT, don/t blame a customer for trying to save a few bucks. Not like its coming out of your paycheck. Ruined the whole experience. Never buying from them again. Mission Workshop has better gear anyway.
