Pretty cool place with a definite upgrade in my wardrobe. Service was meh with little help for my questions which were few. I wanted to know if the clothing was organized by size and it wasn’t. This was the sale section. The second appeared to be diligent keeping the place tidy and looking good. I ended up getting a shirt and some socks.
been coming here for probably more than 10 years... service is always very professional, I like that they can feel the vibe and leave you alone if you want to but then assist whenever. the thing that I like the most about this boutique is that they used to carry some quality brands that you couldn't really find in the mainstream. now this maybe changing and they have regular stuff as well, so buyers beware. speaking of, most "organic" or cotton garments tend to shrink a lot... like a lot a lot... so if you're used to wearing plastic or nylon you make sure you size ^^ also, for the people complaining about their return policy, that is clearly stated at the register... it's a small family owned shop, maybe you should check out Target?
I've been a longstanding customer with them over 2 years. Their selection is great, however I've had not so great customer service. I took a gamble and tried their own clothing brand, to support them, to find that the ink bled everywhere after lightly hand-washing once. I tried to replace the shirt with them and they wouldn't let me because this has 'never happened before'. I wouldn't recommend buy their clothing based on the experiences I've had.
I had such a nice talk with the store owner, that I met on the last day of my journey again in a coffee shop in Brooklyn. She's competent and knows how to handle customers and has a good personality. Greetings from Germany.
I would recommend avoiding if you can. There are no refunds for any item under any circumstances, even non-clothing items. There are better places to shop in town!
Great and attentive staff, great selection of brands for men's clothes and accessories
Casual menswear and a nice selection of Japanese denim. Nothing innovative here, but the basics are good quality and well cut. Customer service was great.
They were like following me around the store like I was gonna steal something. It's 2022 just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm gonna steal
Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My shirt shrunk despite following the instructions to cold wash and air dry exactly. I was called a liar repeatedly on the phone, told there was nothing to be done to help me, and hung up on. Apparently at ID menswear, the customer is always wrong. Will never shop here again.
Over priced clothing with dishonest employees. You’re better off going elsewhere or shopping online at a reputable store. You’ll have better options that fit better and you won’t be forced into a sale and then not be able to return it after even though they said you could.
