My kids love it here. The staff are always friendly and the food is unexpectingly good. I also did my son's birthday party there and the staff were very attentive, accommodating and easy going. I definitely recommend it - thank you!Food: 5/5
Was very fun for the kids. There's games for all ages, even adults down to toddlers can find games. Since they now have unlimited play, you can play any game within the time you pay.
I brought my family there for my nephew’s birthday, who just had a party there previously the day before. Spent most over $200, but was kicked out in less than an hour by your Manager Jamie, who refused to give me her name & kicked me out because I asked for her name. The event occurred simply because I asked for a refund for the unlimited salad bar $11.49, since they ran out of items and refused to fill the salad bar. I asked Jamie who then said she would meet me at the counter for a full refund I waited in line for a few minutes, then proceeded to give her my receipt. She immediately scolded me about how she doesn’t have to give me a refund because it was passed an hour. I purchased my order at 6:05pm, after speaking with her at 7pm, then straight to a line at the register, since it’s now 7:12pm. She said no refund then had me escorted out by security who are amazing by the way. Embarrassing me in front of the entire establishment. I currently work for the city of Milwaukee & I have never been put out of any place in my life. Then to add insult to injury my nephew just turned 6, lost his dad 2 years ago to gun violence, also had his oldest brother present at CEC who is physically, permanently, & emotionally disabled with me, as well as my children, my sister, my niece & nephew. I’m really disappointed that this beautiful moment turned into something I couldn’t even sleep after. I reached out to customer relations, I will be writing me review online as well as social media. This something that has to be taken care of, she should not be working anywhere near children with that attitude, disrespect, use of management powers. She told me she’s not giving me her name & proceeded to hide her name tag then run to the back & have me escorted out like a coward. All over $11.49 & I easily spent way over $200.
Very good time. Brought the 2 hour unlimited package well worth the money. Had a great time. Chucky cheese came out and made it a bigger experience.Food: 5/5
The pizza is amazing. A little pricy considering I asked one cashier if they would honor the $52.99 for 2 one hour unlimited cards cuz my phone died and I couldn't pull up the coupon. I got my phone charged and the 2nd cashier said I didn't need the coupon. My grandkids had fun. It was pretty clean. Not enough games for older kids though.
I was there last Saturday with my family for my granddaughter's birthday celebration. Half of the playing games are broken. The manager closed the salad bar despite people who paid and were waiting for more to be served. The bathrooms needed continuous cleaning and care. Everyone loves Chuck E. Cheese. The service at this location has gone down over the years. Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly environment
This place has gone completely downhill in the past 5 months. This place used to be very clean and games in pretty good order. Now this is constantly eaten food at games and trash on the floor. I noticed that a few of the managers that were there when this place was to standard are no longer here. I think this place needs a management overhaul.

I haven't been to this place in a very long time, took my niece and nephew there but is the employe's races or something. Cause first, my food takes forever to make, while my sister's order took only 8 min ps got a refund. Second, I was standing next to the cashier/ counter and there's two employees, one looking through paper and one just standing there. I was waiting for someone to say can I help you because I didn't know if that employee was working or not, didn't want to be rude. Then there's a couple that walks up to the counter, and she starts to take their orders like SERIOUSLY didn't not see me standing there. Then later my sister got ice cream to pay, and a different worker was standing next to the cash register, and she ask if she can pay it and that employee just straight out ignored her, instead of saying something she was not a cashier/ not working. So, it was fun in the beginning, but the employee ruined it.
The price was kind of pricey for the birthday package to not come with a birthday cake just dipping dots. It should have came with a cake, then the service was excellent up until I seen the boy who was of service to us, like stood at my baby party the whole time. Coming back to back, to make sure that we were done. Like damn, give us some space. I didn't say nothing, but yes, I noticed that young man. Next time let people enjoy their birthday party with our you looking over there shoulder because you're there. But other than that, my baby had a nice time.
