Visiting Phoenix from Vegas. Kids had fun. Didn't have the Minion's Jelly game, the Monkey swinging game or Guitar Hero. But there were a few we don't have like the Snowball Throw, Doodle Jump & Hungry Chicken. Clean, well-staffed on a Saturday, all in all a nice place.Food: 5/5

Great place for kids birthday parties. They have all new games and large screen for entertainment. They also have the interactive floor with ghosts instead of fish for the Halloween season. They serve beer and wine as well. The pizza was surprisingly good. They are much better than when I was young, and definitely a step up from Peter Piper pizza IMO.

The food is way too overpriced and not great at all. Love the games though, my mom got my kids a silver pass for the summer that’s the only reason I am bringing my kids.Food: 1/5

The pizza was disgusting and salty. We spent $25 dollars for tiny pizzas not to mention the lady at the register was so rude. I do not recommend this place it’s not the Chucky e cheese it once was!Food: 1/5

Honestly one of the best CECs I've been to. It's always super clean, the games are regularly cleaned too. The staff are AMAZING, they never get annoyed, they always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help with any issues/questions. But they don't have that many games as they did back in 2013-2015, the whole gameroom back then was full of games, but not anymore. Even with the lack of games, the games are still fun and addicting! The Big C himself comes out every hour which is very nice. The reason I gave the atmosphere three stars though is because they recently remodeled to a more.. I guess modern theme. This store used to have the whole animatronic band 3 stage, but they replaced it with colorful walls, a dance floor, and a big TV. IDK if it is just an issue with this location but the dance floor and TV seems to malfunction a lot. Kind of a bad remodel but other than that the store is great. 9/10 would recommend for sure!

Haven't been here in awhile an I gotta say they really stepped there food an games up! It was almost empty not busy at all. my kids had a blast having the place to themself's an the pizza was amazing the garlic crust was a nice touch!Food: 5/5

They have a summer pass program which is the bomb. It has been awhile since I've been to a Chuck E's. I was hoping to see the old animatronic band playing. Evidently it has been a long while. Now there is a screen that shows Chuck E looking like an NFL mascot when it is time for a "live" show. As to the food, they have some kid friendly stuff. As an adult, if you're going to Chuck E's for the food, I can't relate. I didn't get sick so it was five star. Parking: Acres of free parking. No shade until late afternoon and then there are only about 10 spaces with shade Wheelchair accessibility: It is a one story building with easy access. It doesn't have an automatic door and the staff can't see the door so there is some juggling with the double door to get in. I counted 4 wheelchair in use so not impossible.

Kiana made our daughter's party EFFORTLESS, on a Saturday morning. The entire place was spotless, our table was set & waiting for us, all games were working, our food arrived timely, and the pizza was good! The animatronics are gone, but Chuck E. Cheese came out to dance and do a photo op. This was fun and easy, I wish every birthday party had been like this. TY! Kid-friendliness: Everything is a perfect height for a 4+ yo navigate themselves, the kids had a blast.

I had paid for the highest party package you can get for your kid. And when I showed up for my son's party time, my son's host wasn't even there. Now I'm not one to complain about anything but when you have bad experiences and service, it should definitely be known so someone else avoids wasting time and money on this location. So some other party host jumped in and started helping even tho she had 2 other parties she was already hosting at the time. I had hosted here before and they did parties separately. And they did it all together I was so shocked how unprofessional and unorganized they were all together. To top it off I wasted an hour waiting on no host and then I had five mins to sing happy birthday to my son serve the cake and ice cream and eat it. As we were doing all of that another party was putting their stuff on my table because it was their time and I had an hour wasted. It was just a really bad experience and I will not be back here in the future.

Had so much fun today. The hostess did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. It wasn't as crowded as it has been in the past. Nice and clean. The other staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Overall had a very great experience here today. Chuck E was great both during his dance and little birthday show. Glad they moved to cards instead of tokens. Up to date thanks so much for having us.
