This is the best Chuck E Cheese we have visited. So nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good pizza. So many games. Absolutely love this place! Vegetarian options: Salad, cheese pizza Kid-friendliness: Family fun
I’d give it 1/2 star. After asking for our pizzas 3x over 1.5 hours tonight not busy, we got it. I asked for a refund, was told no. Avoid the Avon, IN location at all costs. Horrible customer service. Scott “manager “ was anything but nice. So much for the $46 for two pizzas and four drinks, and another $40+ for gameplay bracelets. Got me once. Won’t get me again.
Of course, this is a very good place to go to take your kids for a few hours and that kid does not love Chuck E. Cheese and they also all have the new cards! It is actually a very cheap activity, and the pizzas really good honestly!
It was pretty busy. We were there for a birthday party. I opted to get a salad bar. I went through twice. It was out of stuff both times. We had ordered a couple of extra pizzas and only got one. They didn't kick us off the party table at the end of time, though. Someone took off with the photo of my daughter and I :- Still. My kids had a blast, and they got to keep their Chuck E cups and won prizes. They don't care how their pizza ranks on the gourmand scale- so I would still call it a success. If it's up to them, we will definitely be back :-
We went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday Sunday. There are a bunch of kids working there that don’t seem to know what they’re doing. We bought play cards for the kids and they didn’t work and had to go to the counter twice to get them activated . I had a coupon for free tickets it was my boys fourth birthday and the kid at the counter said he had no idea how to do it. I didn’t buy the birthday party package but there was a party there and during the Chuck E dance you could tell the employees didn’t want to do it. It was sort of depressing, especially with how expensive the birthday packages are. The pizza was good as always and the kids had fun with the games regardless; I guess I was just expecting a little more.
Recently went for my son small get together. It was a Friday and it wasn't that busy. That's exactly how we like it. Food was good and hot. The children enjoyed themselves.Food: 5/5
This will always be a go to when trying to release some of the boys' energy. Although I gotta say it's not like how it use to be. The staff isn't as cheerful and friendly as they use to be. No matter what you're doing in life, enjoy it. Or find a place to work you can enjoy.Food: 3/5
The dude who was doing orders yesterday and prizes was having a day. He said stuff about another group of kids when we got there waiting to get our game card. And i thought ok he is having a bad day I’m not going to say anything. We played gor an hour and went to get our prizes he couldn't have been more unpleasant and unprofessional. He literally didnt even talk. Just grabbed the card to take the ticket amount. If u live in the area take them to kid’s planet instead
Took kids there to play. It's been awhile since I took them to a Chuckie Cheese. I was satisfied. They had lots of games for the kids to play. Loved that Chuckie tried to come out and dance with the kids. Also happy the game cards went by the hour and not just how many plays. I felt playing by the hour.....the kids got to experience more games. I wish it was how showbiz pizza used to be, but those days r long gone. Very good place.
Everything was near perfect but the salad bar. For $10.99 for a slightly below average salad bar, it requires more attention in stocking and cleanup. Lettuce was starting to turn brown on the edges etc. Pizza was perfectly cooked and was ready wicked fastFood: 4/5
