Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible customer service and communication. They go out of their way to be disrespectful and then some; and never properly addressed my online order that I never got a refund or any type of accommodations, solutions nor what I paid for. Even with me trying to go out of my way to find patience and understanding for them being I'm a regular customer and typically overlooking most mishaps. But this time it involved them taking my money with me getting absolutely nothing in place for a transaction.

This place is a absolute joke. The people are extremely rude. I tried to call in a order and they wouldn't answer the phone. When they finally did answer they set the phone down and wouldn't speak to me. I stayed on the phone till I walked in and placed my order. When I asked why they wouldn't answer the phone the little teenage girl said the phones don't work. I told her that was a lie and showed her my phone and the fact that I was on the phone. She laughed like it was some kinda joke. This will be the last time I visit this store. I would recommend a different pizza shop in the avon area

No customer service at all. I understand they are mostly teenagers working here but none of them have any kind of customer service. You are not greeted when you walk in. Basically they take your order and hand you the pizza that’s all. The AirPods are insanely annoying when they are working and have them in their ears!! The pizza is never fresh! Once I went and left when I got home the pizza was so old and hard. Never fails when I go something is always wrong.

Been here numerous time's - hoping the service gets better. Last time I stopped in, I ordered the pretzel crust which was nothing but the regular crust with salt on it. This location also likes to take the phone off the hook so they do not have to take phone orders.

Good but very cold in the lobby. Still got a great Ultimate Supreme Pizza. Workers very nice.Food: 5/5

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and they clearly poured the entire bucket. My son and I couldn't even eat the b pizza. Smh

Fast and yummy. A great way to feed the children when swimming all day. Very reasonable price too.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is absolutely ridiculous! The GM is the most unprofessional person we have ever had to deal with. The doors locked at 2pm on a Tuesday when we had ordered online, he refused to give us the pizza or give us a refund because we were getting frustrated. Then called the cops. There were no threats or anything directed at him he was just upset because he was caught locking the doors and playing on his phone.

They made the wrong kind of pizza. Than gave me someone else pizza. Too make it worse the guy told me if I wanted better service to go somewhere that is staffed. Thank I will
