Friendly, professional, and honest customer service. I had an electrical issue with my car. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options for the repair. Very fair price and great quality of work. This is my go to mechanics going forward.
Car trouble is never fun and always makes me so nervous about possibly getting unfairly charged for something I don’t understand very well. I am so happy to say that wasn’t a worry at all coming here. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had driven by Chung Brothers Automotive many times, and I always noticed it. When our truck had a leak, I called first thing in the morning to see if they had the availability and they got it in that day. They had to keep it overnight, but we didn’t care as they were working hard on it. I went to pick it up and was able to receive a thorough play by play of what they did, and what to look out for. He was honest and very knowledgeable. We paid a very reasonable price to have it repaired. Less than most other mechanic shops in town! We have found our new mechanic shop and won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you, Chung Brothers!
These guys have been great since the first time I went in. The owner is a very honest mechanic, and has flat out told me if something isn’t quite ready to be replaced yet. So many mechanics try to get you to spend and much as possible; but these guys look out for the average folks, and at a fair rate with excellent service. I won’t get my car worked on anywhere else while I’m living in Billings. Thanks for everything guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Efficient. Communicative. Kind. Affordable pricing. Great customer service. My car broke down on a road trip and I was stranded in Billings 20 hours away from home. Thankfully, they were able to get me in bright and early Monday morning. They made a diagnosis quickly and efficiently. They had their part guy drive all the way across town to get my part. They were so kind to me during an extremely stressful situation. They gave me updates consistently and explained where they were in the process of fixing my Jeep. They fixed it in one day and it was reasonably priced! I cannot recommend this auto shop more. Absolutely incredible and hard working people.
Took a cross-country roadtrip and got stranded in Billings on Saturday morning. Chung Brothers readjusted their schedule, identified the problem, and repaired our car within 5 hours for an honest and low price. We were able to complete our roadtrip on time and the car is still running perfectly 4,000 miles later.
Took my Subaru in and they are amazing! Fair prices, excellent work and done before I expected it to be. I'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
