Jiffy Lube

Went in for front brakes. Waste of time. Thought it was a first come first served basis. Pulled my vehicle out of the bay to do a smaller vehicle first and then tried to talk me out of doing my brakes after I told her they were less than 20% life. Told me they were fine even though they were starting to grind. Then told me it would be about 45 minute wait before they pulled my vehicle back into bay. No other vehicles in bays oil changes started to pile up afterwards and they continued to tend those vehicles. they did not even start on the cars brakes in front of me for about an hour and fifteen minutes waiting. I just left instead of sitting there waiting for other cars to get their services handled. Their priorities are not first come first served. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of my time and knowledge of my own vehicle. Attitude towards customers and techs in bays was not welcoming either.

Came in last week. I’m from out of state and was so impressed with the level of customer service. Raynee I believe her name was, was just incredible. Super kind and helpful. Travis also helped me find a place to eat. Just a great bunch of people and she is an asset to the company no doubt. If I lived there I would probably ask her to marry me. Lol.

I brought my car in to have my oil changed and my brakes done because I was getting ready to travel and they not only got it done quickly and efficiently, but they also noticed other issues with my rotars and fixed those too and still kept it within my budget! They were kind and courteous and quick! I couldn't be more happy with my service and the results! 100% would recommend them to ANYONE needing things done to their car! They messed with my cars programming when I had asked solely for an oil change, and I now have to pay nearly $400 to get new keys programmed to my Camaro. Not impressed. Assistant manager was very pleasant though.Service: Oil change

I highly, highly recommend ANY Master Lube over Jiffy Lube. This location in particular is quite slow. I had my oil changed on Sunday and I'm back today writing this review from the lobby because they didn't tighten my oil filter when they replaced it. It had been leaking oil to point of me waking up today to a large pool of oil under my car. 1 mistake shouldn't represent the entire business but with other options out there and this being a rather big screw up in my opinion as it cpukd have ended badly, I won't personally be coming back.Service: Oil change

The manager was nice and they were done quickly. My only complaint was being the owner of the car but having someone else pay and being talked over to them, my passanger, about the problems not me.

All sorts of TV ads. When I tried to use the service was told they weren't open due to staffing issues. Perhaps spend more on salaries and less on TV ads. Will try them later.
