Church's Chicken

I've been regular customer in this place for 5 years and I never dissapointed with the quality of chicken and gravy.. but Now,the gravy is too watery and no flavor at all..i thought it was a mistake the last time i bought it and it's pretty much the same all the time i buy it..it just sucks the chicken is good but the gravy will kill your appetite...i've been trying to call them just to let them know,but they'll never answer...i just hope you don't end up closing your store by losing your customers..Good Luck..#nohatejustconcerncustomers.

I was excited to try the peach cobbler.... then I was disappointed that I spend my money.... it's a damn biscuit with Peaches! Its it this way at all the Churches locations? Gross!

Ordered Smoke House Chicken try something new. When order received. Chicken is tender but the skin was not clean properly, feather still visible. Biscuit taste good. I just wandering if fried chicken were properly clean???? Staff were alright and friendly. Not going to buy Church Chicken in the future.

ok so I went yesterday with my son and the good was pretty good. BUT today it was subpar. the door said dining room was open at 10am. I got there at 10:55am and it wasn't open. so I went through drive through. got the 2piece mixed with mashed potatoes. the mashed potatoes was a small dollop of potatoes swimming in heavy gravy. the peach cobbler sucked. A biscuit covered in a cinnamon liquid with what amounted to be 1 slice of peach. it definitely is not worth $2.79. the apple pie is way better then the peach cobbler. And the apple pie was mainly crust but at least it tasted like a apple pie.

I arrived and there was only one gentleman there. He'd been there for a while, then the manager approached him asking him who are you and why are just sitting here? He replied here's my receipt and I have been sitting here for 20 minutes. I ordered and they filled 7 orders and I asked why did you give all of those customers food and they came 8nto the store after me. They couldn't justify anything. We received our food and ate and left.

Far better quality and price compared to KFC. Young lady who took our drive thru order was very nice didn't rush us or act annoyed we were there. Even repeated the order back to us once at the ordering speaker and again at the window before we paid, lovd it!

The food sucks,for 13.00 dollars I can cook better tasting chicken,bland,grease and it don't taste like churchs.Everything coldFood: 1/5

This churchs always has pretty good food and service only problem which i noticed at a few of them When I ask for something specific it rarely comes the way I ordered. Constantly having to drive back or turn around to correct my food is exhausting but It's chicken!Food: 4/5

Much needed comfort food! When did Church's stop serving white gravy? The food was fresh - thank you team! I was disappointed they had no white gravy, as I wanted chicken strips with gravy. Additionally, they were out of sweet tea half gallons. Still an overall great experience.
