McDonald's

Really nothing special about this McDonalds location. The parking is quite limited. Also, nobody is in a hurry to do anything, so if it’s busy, just try a different place. It would be faster. However, the dining tables inside were all quite clean. Everything was in stock and in place. The food was well put together. If you have the time to visit, this is a slightly above average location.

My food was Very Very Very poorly made. When i called to talk to manager someone hanged up on me. This location workers do not care about your food, its so sad how they treat your food any type of way and the manager is not doing anything to change it. Just look at the pictures. Food looks very old, ESPECIALLY the fries. Food service is terrible.

Went here to get a Quarter Pounder deluxe and they sold me a burger with the paper cooked and attached to the meat still. Didn’t notice until I took a bite while driving and damn near wrecked because I felt this foreign object in my mouth and was shocked when I looked down. Has to hit an immediate U-turn and went back to the McDonald’s on Losee in Cheyenne. Upon the return of the burger the Manager acted shocked and surprised like she didn’t know what it was. They ended up fixing me another meal with fresh fries and OMG I haven’t had McDonald’s fresh fries and months the way they tasted. This whole time I’ve been given either cold fries or re-dipped fries. After this incident I went to Sam’s Club and got me a big pack of sirloin burgers for 20 bucks and the biggest bag of fries they had which was only $12 and decided to just cook my meals at home from now on!!

Customer service is one thing anyone can fake a smile, but when it come to actual product it shows how well the stores cares. I paid over $4 for a large container while receiving a small amount of fries. I bought two and both were like this. Both times by the night shift manager maybe some more training will come in handy.

If this is the one on Cheyenne and Losee. I go to this one because it's 24 hours. I love the service. There is this one guy there, he's black, African-American or however you want to put it, I'm not prejudice so don't go there. Anyways, I love when this guy is working because he is so calm about everything. He doesn't get upset about anything, he's just like laid back. I like that he makes sure that he gets everything right. If you are missing something he's like, wait, you didn't get this or that. So whatever your name is, you are awesome!! There is another one there, this guy has been there in the middle of the night and the morning. He's white, I believe he has an accent. He's another that will make sure you get your stuff right. I never go inside so I can't tell you if this is handicap accessible or if this is a clean place. But as far as drive through goes, that's good service.

I don't normally like to leave reviews because the majority of people only evert leave reviews when things are bad rather than good. However, this specific location has managed to mess up my order every single time. From putting the wrong things on my burger too giving me an entirely different item. The service is slow and every employee interaction has been less than desirable. I know it's basically a right of passage for a McDonalds to get your order wrong, but for it to happen this frequently is absolutely ridiculous.

This stupid McDonald's only has automated order computers. Now we all work for McDonald's for free. They fire employees to put robots because people take BS as willing to put some free working time for them. They designed a strategy as to how to get free labor and people are taking it. Speak up people. If they want us to write our own orders, they should offer some serious discount and give the option for us to still be served if we don't want to work for them!

My fries were not hot as I asked for them to make them fresh and cooked to order. They were warm and I was extremely hungry so I did not complain. I must say that this is the first time they were not hot, so I still gave a 4 star rating.Food: 4/5

I've never in my life experienced this anywhere!! I waited in the drive thru and was stuck for 48 minutes! When they finally took orders it was only the other line. As many times as I kept trying I was ignored. So I just drove up to the window and complained I never even got to order. Almost an hour later, no service AND no food! All he said was im sorry. Unbelievable!! I couldn't believe it. So ridiculous!!! NEVER will I go back there!!!
