Dutch Bros Coffee

Great customer service! However the wait is horrible. On average I spend 15 minutes or more just to get a protein latte. Definitely would recommend working on timing and getting orders out in a timely manner.Food: 5/5

Its Dutch, people are nice along with service, though this current run the manager forced one of the employees to drop off my drink while I am in the middle of the line. Got stuck and had to wait till there was an opportunity to leave, got to enjoy my drink though in the mean time; a free treat would've been nice for the inconvenience.Service: 5/5

No car so I have to use the window. So prepare to waste 30 minutes here. I take the bus to work. It can be a wait on the window. I waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken for an iced black tea lemonade then another 10 or more to get the drink. Why even bother going here for a basic drink when Starbucks does it faster and more efficient? Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Really bad service here for a basic drink. I don’t think I’m coming back again cause it’s too slow.

I love Dutch Bros! However, the lady at the window picks and chooses who to be nice to. My order was wrong and I usually have a good experience with mobile ordering. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest location to me.Food: 1/5

I love dutch bros, I love my app, and I love visiting other locations but this location was unfortunately a let down. Me and my coworkers arrived later in the evening and waited over 10 minutes at the window without any interaction or heads up from the employees inside as to when they could help us take an order or if it would be a little of a wait. We all ended up leaving, super embarrassing.

The service here is really bad with a bunch of kids running around not knowing what to do or handle situations professionally. I received a drink with some hairs in it when I went to get a different one I was told its not a huge problem. Managers please train your employees right and direct them in the right direction.Food: 1/5

Nothin starts the morning off right like being repeatedly told someone will be right with you, and it never happen. Glad everyone else was getting there coffee, glad everyone else was asked how they were doing and what they wanted, glad the regulars got to chat with the barista with no cares…..no time for coffee today unfortunately because I was silly enough to believe the barista when she said she’d be right with me……wont be back. Avoid the lines, avoid the traffic there, avoid the dismissive service, other options nearby that will treat you right before and after taking your money.
