7-Eleven

I pulled into the 7-Eleven today on the 19th at 6:20 p.m. there was a female and male cashier who didn't even greet me or look my way when I walked in the door. They were too concerned with a car accident that happened across the street. So when I walked in I greeted them and they didn't even respond. I go up to check out and the guy had absolutely in his customer service. And then have the nerve to flick my cigarettes at me on the counter. Horrible customer service. Will never come here again

About 2 weeks ago I lost my ID. So I have been going around to all the places that I could remember going to to see if they might have found it. I have not been to this store in about 2 weeks because I have been taking a different route home from work. Well tonight I took my regular route home and decided I needed some late night snacks. I like this store because the cashiers are usually really nice. Well tonight they really made my month. I walk in and am automatically greeted by I think the manager guy with a mustache and a taller beautiful dark skin lady. I walk to the cooler to grab some milk and I hear the manager trying get my attention. He says hey you come here all the time don’t you? I respond yes why? Manager says but it’s been a a couple weeks though. Did you lose your ID because I have it. I thought it was Christmas in May. I was so happy and grateful. I thanked him so much. SOMEONE FOUND IT IN FRONT OF THE CASH REGISTER AND TURNED IT IN! THEY SAVED IR FOR ME AND REMEMBERED TO GIVE IT TO ME THE NEXT TIME I CAME IN. They remembered me. I wish knew their names to put in here But they are always they between 8-10:30 pm. Thank you guys so much again. I’ll see u soon.

Just went there and the male clerk I'm assuming a manager triple and double charged me on 2 items. I realized it and asked for a refund on the mistake. I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 items. Still missing about 4 dollars but I have the receipt for records if customer service can please return my missing money. I'm sure if I took something I would be in trouble so just wanting to make things right please.

busy for location, but employees work very intensely to make it a fast in and out experience. nice cordial employees as well

Very clean store very friendly staff

Customer service is unbelievable. The people there should be thankful they have a job. I work at a 7 eleven my self assistant manager and if my owner ever hears about this then they would be fired. I got a drink from there and not once did they greet anybody but talking amongst there self when I asked for quarter's for air the guy looked at me like I stole something cause I interrupted there conversation. Like really!!! Do u jobs cause there are other people that are will to take it

Small, cramped store that is well stocked. Trash and spills on ground outside, dirty floors inside. There are four people working but no one is cleaning. The two cashiers are engaged in foul-mouthed conversation. Everybody seems grumpy.

Don't know why the bad reviews. The early morning stafd have some of the best customer service skills around. They are helpful and playful with me and a lot of the people who come in. Lots of good regulars and relationships there.

Dont go to this store. Got accused of stealing by the clerk, while trying to find something to purchase to eat. Poorly trained staff, store was dirty.. clerk was extremely rude
