Starbucks

This place is so dirty, there are only 4 chairs on the handicapp table, trash everywhere including the bathroom. We cleaned our own table as well. However the drive though is busy and the drinks are great lol. Therefore leads me to believe it is understaffed like most businesses today!

Always great service, and even though the lines can get a bit long at times, they move very quickly. I got my free reusable cup yesterday! Select Starbucks locations give out the free reusable cups once a year & I got lucky that I was able to get one before they ran out. I'm a regular at Starbucks & especially love their holiday drinks.Food: 5/5

This place is located on Lake mead and McDaniel street. There is a drive thru at this location that is always busy. Very busy location, the coffee tasted good though.Food: 4/5

Food on the floor defrosting next to a mop. Very sanitary. Whole store look like a pig pen. Broom or using the mop that’s leaning on food once in a while wouldn’t hurt you.

Coffee tastes burnt, it’s gross. Their drinks are either too sweet or not sweet enough. I had a simple white chocolate mocha and it tasted like straight sugar water. My four kids ordered hot chocolate and it tasted like cocoa powder in water. Very disappointed in this location Super nice staff just need more training

I ordered a matcha latte today , and litterally was just a cup of foam . For a venti to be almost $6 and not even get a decent drink. And i haven’t even drank from the cup. This is exactly what I got.

This is the second Starbucks that didn’t have my mobile order ready. There’s no excuse for bad service. And another time they tried to make my drink without looking at the ticket and trying to add the wrong milk. A mobile order is supposed to be a quick option. Maybe I’ll try Dutch bros next time.

Listen I love Starbucks and go way too much. I am a very patient person and don’t mind the wait. I know when I go to this Starbucks the wait will be long so I turn on a show and wait patiently but what I do not appreciate is rude service! The man don’t know his name but he was the one who took my payment asked if I needed a drink carrier and I said yes. I waited another while and he gave me my food first which everything was great up until he said goodbye and I asked for my drinks. He gave me attitude right away. I asked for straws and he got the straws in his hand and proceeded to have a side conversation with another person in the store then gave them to me in an aggressive manner. Like I said, I never mind the wait. I saw the long line and I chose to wait but don’t ever give me bad service. You’re not giving me these drinks and food for free! This was today 7/19 I placed my order at 4:57 pm and got everything at 5:15.

Great customer service, the workers are hilarious they always make sure I leave with a smile on my face. Shout out to the night crew they are always friendly
