Only giving a 5 stars for the employees. They are working SO hard to get everything done and serve everyone. So disappointed in Cici’s corporate for making them work this intensely. 2 employees in the entire store and they’re having to run cashier, clean, cook and serve each plate in a busy store. So sad.

They were okay need more staff good customer service good food hire more staff

It is kept pretty clean they don't even allow you to serve yourself so I think that's pretty smart

Was charged for 2 sodas I didn't want or ask for. Took cashier several minutes to get off their cell phone and let us sit. Waited another several minutes at the counter for anyone to come over and get plates/good.

I came here today and the ladies serving the food were so rude they didn't even let me finish saying what I wanted on my plate and gave it to me with an attitude. Definitely ruined my mood of being there

Cici's is great for a group or a quick bite, if they don't have it out, they will make it for you. Must have dessert too! They are doing a great job of being Corona safe as well.

Currently, their offerings have been scaled back. The folks behind the counter will serve what you ask, then hand you your plate.

Marinara sauce was runny, and it took me asking 3 different people to get a customize pizza.
