Papa John's Pizza

The driver showed up with cold pizzas, and they cheated me out of one of my toppings instead of contacting me to offer me a substitute. What's the reason of providing your number when ordering if they don't use it. This was a very bad experience, and I didn't get what I paid for. But I guess this how they operate in this area, because I've had the same issue with their competitors, that's why I switched to see if there was any difference. And looking through the reviews, I noticed the owner only answers to positive feedback, but ignores when there is an issue, so I've also reached out to corporate, because you don't do your job just when you feel like it. NOT better pizza, or service.

I hate to even give it a one star first off I walked in the lady that was ringing me up was nice at first she told me how much my pizza was I paid her she had no gloves on she touched the money went straight from the money and went to the food and touched the crust and the cheese with the same hands that she touched my money with! The crazy part about it is when I told her aren't you going to wash your hands you just touch my money and then touch my food she tells me it does not matter because she's putting the pizza in the oven instead of apologizing saying of course I can wash my hand I apologize I will make your pizza she did not do any of that I told her to give me my money back she threw my money on the counter with a nasty attitude. I would never return back to Papa John's.

I ordered my pizza and it was delivered under 30 mins arrived hot and perfect. Thanks to Bety and her team. I will be ordering again from this place. Update: 05/24/19 I oredered a pizza and wing combo and well everything was perfect it has been awhile since I have ordered from these guys in the past and my order would be wrong or cold. But now they have an amazing crew and I will be ordering again from this store.

I give the Papa John's on tidwell 5 stars for their great service! I ordered online and it went smooth as butter. My pizza was cooked to perfection...it was so beautiful and warm just like the ones on the commercials. My pizza was so delicious and I couldnt have asked for a better one. The driver followed my directions of where to place my pizza and he also took his precautions and wore his mask. I wanna say Thank you to this Papa J's for such great service and such a tasteful and well cooked to perfection pizza....and a smooth delivery. May God bless you all and keep all of yall safe. Oh yea...I forgot that they have added some type of sticker seal that they place on the pizza boxes so you know if they have been tampered with.

This review is super late but better late than never.‍The pizza was supposed to be Stuff Crust , however the crust was small like regular hand tossed pizza. The crust was not at all as advertised.Bummer Not to mention the pizza was over cooked. All I got was we can make you another pizza but not stuff crust , we have ran out. Really

Worse pizza place ever this location is trash I clearly told them dum folks I want food well done they do not listen…

Will never eat at this location again the workers or dum like they high on something who ever the cook the cook is need to fired in never hired again nasty pizza in wings…

I order pizza today and my delivery driver name Shanon D Souza was great and very nice and polite I have extra and he went to corner store to get change and came back quick with my change we need more honest people like him in this world you rock keep up the good workFood: 5/5
