Cicis

Really good for a cicis. The food is good but what makes this worth all the stars for me is the employees. They are super nice, accommodating, and seem to actually be happy you chose their restaurant.

The overall dining experience was good. Food was fresh and the staff was very accommodating...well, almost. They mentioned several times, "just let us know what you want." When I asked for a pizza to be made the staff was overly friendly about making it and I saw them already prepping the pizza so I went to my seat. The girl comes back over and tells me the manager Jo won't allow her to make me this pizza and that I can't get it. If the manager had a problem with my order she should have came over and took care of it instead of sending a messenger. I'm sure they made the cook toss my pizza in the trash instead of into the oven. If you have the ingredients I don't see the problem. Total flunk on the customer service by the manager. If I could find the owner of this franchise I would be emailing them.

My wife and I had a craving for pizza about a month ago and decided to give Cici's pizza a try. I haven't really eaten here regularly since high school! The food was great and fresh. We really loved the soup. The best part was the outstanding service from the team. Jerry the manager was completely on point. We noticed that he would lead his team to be organized and efficient. Jerry kept his cool during busy times and even went out to tidy and clean the buffet stations. Since that first time we've come back two other times and it's been the same great service.

Awesome place! The employees there always work hard, are very nice, and look like they enjoy what they do and have great chemistry. Everybody is always super helpful to me, and for what you pay the pizza is great! The new game room is super cool, the Star Wars game is so addicting. This place is very family friendly and a great place for school groups or kids sports teams.

One of the best experiences I’ve had here Jerry Working the register was friendly and engaging In small conversation. Buffet was full and as fresh as can be expected. I was also asked if there was a pizza that they could make for me to put on the buffet. Overall terrific lunch.

What am awesome place. The food is cicis all you can eat pizza, it's exactly what you would expect. But the food isn't why we come here. It the owner, we've been here a couple time and the owner just loves his job. He always has a smile, he will ask you consistently "is there anything I can do for you?" And he will encourage and banter with his employees. You can get pizza anywhere for $5.99. But you can't find service like they offer here at most sit down, table service restaurants.

We got there and it was slow. Then they had a line out the door and they were running out of plates, but they kept the pizza variety coming, and the staff was all pleasant even though they were running non-stop. They also had a down syndrome working there and she was so sweet and they treated everyone kindly. Best experience at a Cici's!!!

I absolutely loved it. My first time coming to this location and it was worth it. The service was exceptional. As a fan of the Taco Pizza, I was sad when the company as a whole took it off the buffet, but when I found out that they can make it custom for me - it made my day. I'm definitely coming back to this location.

Very small buffet. Garlic bread was thinner than their pizza and very greasy. Pizza was fresh and being replaced quickly. Went during busy lunch hour otherwise I imagine it's be cold and old .

When the budget needs some help go to this store. They really perform at the best level. Fresh Pizza, Salad, and a great set of employees. Hmm think I will go today. Yep gonna have a great CC lunch. Meet some friends and have a good time. Inexpensive!
