Marcos Pizza

So I order here all the time and today took the cake, the pizza was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen and it tasted gross, the crust was dense greasy and not seasoned, the bottom was extra greasy and sloppy and it had a whole bunch of bubbles with barely any cheese on it the bottom of the pizza was falling apart it was so terrible

We mostly frequently went to the Moore/OKC location... But we moved and this location is near the house 4-5 miles. Marcos did a fantastic job for dinner.. Ordered online - then called as we were going to arrive slightly before the pick up time and Miranda got us taken care of! She was awesome! She should be commended for job well done! Lightning fast prepping of the food and the staff was super friendly! I was very pleased with our visit! 3 medium pizzas 1 pizza bowl We will return! The pic for the crustless pizza made me think that it had bread underneath but just nothing on the outside. What it actually is was not what was expecting at all and was gross to me.

We've been good customers since they opened in our area. The pizza was usually good. The portions got less and less. The last time I ordered a sub it was burnt but would take up to an hour to replace. They work on loyalty points but often get it wrong. I called to dispute my loyalty points and was promised a call from a manager in a couple of hours but they never returned the call. I tried calling back but the manager on duty had an attitude. It's so sad that customer service has gotten so poor lately. I've spent my last dime at Marcos

OMG! We haven't eaten here in a while, but we ordered 1 small thin crust cheese and sauce for the grandkids and 1 large thin crust pepperoni and black olive for us; the best! The crust was perfect and the sauce is amazing! Better than....might I say, Hideaway for way less. Thank you Sam for taking such great care of us this evening.

after ordering delivery for two successful times and getting decent food leaving decent tips with the delivery driver I was just informed tonight that I am now outside of their delivery range and they will not deliver to me

I lived in Edmond, Midwest City and Moore and never had a problem with Marco's until I moved to this side of town and tried this location. This is unquestionably the worst Marco's location I've been to. I had a simple order of cheese pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was not delivered until 35 minutes after the time they quoted me. Also, the delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. He just set the pizza down and left thank god my Ring doorbell alerted me that someone was at the front door. When I opened the pizza box, the cheese on my pizza was burnt. I also did not receive everything I ordered no parmesan cheese or pepper packets. I've been a longtime Marco's customer, but the service at this location isn't going to cut it. I recommend shopping elsewhere if you are craving pizza. How disappointing.

We order Marcos at least once a month. It's incredibly good for the price. Especially the Philly pizza. Omg, it's a party in your mouth. If you like Philly sandwiches, try it. You won't be disappointed.

I usually get pizza from less expensive places, but I was having company over so I thought I would splurge a little. The white cheesy pizza was good. The pepperoni pizza did not have much pepperoni on it, but it was adequate. The medium sausage and Canadian bacon pizzas each had one or two pieces of meat per slice. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

Marco's has good tasting pizza. The problem we experience is they are stingy with the toppings and they just dump them in the middle instead of arranging them evenly on the pizza. It's a shame because they did a much better job when they first opened.
