Dr. Chi Chang was great. He explained things very well and very friendly. no waiting and the overall experience was good. The staff was not too good. I left the place without contact lens containers and they did not give me any solution.. so after I left, I realized that I had no place to put my lenses, I had to go back and get a container, and supposedly they ran out of solution. so I had to ask them to put little in the container but then they said that they were busy and made me wait on the side. I was not too happy that I had to drive back to get the containers, and didn't get any solutions and I had to wait for them to take care of other customers.. what i needed could have been done 1 min... but I had to wait for them to let other customers pick out frames..etc.. so overall not very happy with the service. I am giving 4 stars because the doctor was good.

The entire staff was wonderful! And Doctor Chang was so sweet, explained everything thoroughly and with patience. Definitely coming back! Best experience I’ve had. Also, amazing selection of prescription glasses! I had a hard time deciding but found two that I love! Thank you!!!

Dr. Chang is always so sweet and helpful. She takes her time with you and is happy to answer any questions I have. I brought my daughter to her for her first eye exam and she walked her through the whole process and made her feel so comfortable.

Appointment went better than expected. Was fast and on time, two things VERY important to a working mom. Dr. even recommended I try a new brand of contacts and I like them!

My appointment with Dr. Delgado was a great experience. She took her time to assess my eyes and thoroughly explained answers to the questions that I had. She was very friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr Chang is so friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I always enjoy our appointments. We never have to wait, which is even better.
