Staff never follows up with patient. Never return phone calls. Don’t care about the patients.

Poor communication with staff and patient. Optometrist didn’t come out to speak to me about my son’s visitation. I had to ask if Optometrist is going to explain to me about my son’s vision exam. Needs improvement.

Great, fast and friendly service. Front desk staff is very friendly and caring. I was very pleased from the moment I gave them a call to schedule my appointment to when I left after my appointment. Great prices too with a huge selection glasses and styles to choose from. Dr. Lee is really patient and attentive answering all my questions and concerns. Definitely will return and recommend Dr. Lee to anyone seeking a great visit to the Eye Doctor!

My wife, daughter and myself have been going to Day Creek Optometry for years and have always had a great experience there. The friendly and professional environment makes for a great visit every time we're there. From the front desk to the lab, Dr. Lee and her staff do a great job. The interaction with her team is always very warm and genuine. They let us take our time and go through the selection process, are very receptive to questions and provide you with all the information you're looking for. I speak for my daughter and wife when I say, "We've all had a very pleasant experience every visit over the years" - Thank you team and keep up the good work... and the coffee! That's always a nice touch.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Elaine Lee for at least the past 10 years. The service is always top notch. Staff is personal and very helpful. The selection of frames is great. All types of choices for regular and sunglasses, also good amount of frames for children too. I think she’s served this community for many, many years; my opinion is she’s likely the best optometrist in Rancho Cucamonga.

Day Creek Optometry workers were friendly and kind. I waited maybe 20 minutes, which I didn't think was bad, but they waived my copay fee because of the wait. Once I went in they did a few tests and the Doctor came in to see me pretty quickly. She was kind and knowledgeable. I was treated respectfully and questions were answered. I highly recommend Day Creek Optometry!

I've gone to Day Creek Optometry for eye examinations for the past several years. Dr. Elaine Lee is very thorough with my vision examination and has all the up-to-date machines and tools for a complete vision exam. Dr. Lee and her staff are very friendly and helpful to assist in your vision needs. The office at Day Creek Optometry is very clean and well lit which makes it easy on the eyes when you first enter. Frames for glasses are current and in style, Dr. Lee also handles contact lenses. I thank Dr. Elaine Lee and her staff at Day Creek Optometry for a gratifying experience each year when I go in for my vision examination. Again, Dr. Lee and her staff are friendly and easy to talk to and/or ask questions regarding your eye care needs.

Nice people but very unprofessional service. I can’t recommend this office because unless you have the money to spend $$$ or more in a pair of glasses without insurance, those with insurance medical included will get the worst patient service ever. Communication between office and patient needs major improvements in this location. Do better.

Bad service. 1. I received my new reading glass but very uncomfortable to use. I came back to ask to readjustment but they asked for money the reason because I picked up after 6 month. This is ridiculous. 2. Have called them made appointment Wed 09/04/209 but upon arrival they said don't see my name on the list. I have to wait long time 3. Customer service lie 2x infront of me when I revisited the office they rejected to have my glass adjsutment she said the doctor was resigned long time ago so they no longer responsible but accidentally I saw her there walked pass, then she said again since already 6 months my eye has changed but I still use the same older glasses no problem. If they still rejected to readjust it this new glass from them useless. This office very not recommended try to trick you and grabbed your money be careful

Exellent service. This is my second year in this clinic. Staff members are very professional and very patient. They take their time to explain everything. I didn't feel rush during any visit, nor they were trying to sell me any services or glasses I didn't need.
