Bad business. I wouldn’t recommend it. I felt unwelcome. The prices for printing papers and taping the box are expensive and unreasonable. Someone wrote in previous comments that she Cindy I think her name is racist towards non-white. I can’t say for sure that’s the reason behind my bad experience with her but I can see how negative she can be. I called FedEx and complained about her behavior. They apologizes for me and said they will contact her and investigate her because of the recurrent complaints.

I have experienced also that FedEx gave me a shipping label and she tried changing me to send and I told her she was crazy its paid for already. Then she told me to go to FedEx on 86st and 7ave. Never again horribly lady

I’ve gone to this place once before this summer/Covid died down/I’m double vaxxed & she had an abrasive/authoritative customer service manner - even though I had a mask on no mandate, just what she prefers she dismissively waved me back & said back up. And then when I had to sign my credit card slip, I needed to use the counter but she waved me back again and said get back. So then today, according to the website I had 36 minutes till close, however, according to her handwritten door sign, closing time was 4:30 instead of 5, luckily I got there early - granted it was 6 minutes before “close..” I attempt to go in but she tells me were closed, can’t come in. I tell her it’s just drop off, to which, she stares at and ignores me. Anyways, I work in the hospitality industry, so I’m always very courteous, respectful and conscientious of workers/owners, so for this lady to be rude both times, out of nowhere really rubs me the wrong way, and I only went the first time cause a local recommended it and the second time I went cause I thought I’d give another shot.

Great pillar of the community. Great service, with even greater care. Not just a local business owner, but a friend. I never have to worry about mailing or receiving packages again. -Rene Allende

Sometimes hard to contact but always has candy. PS this page is missing work hours, and phone #
