Cine Grand Middlebrook 10 Cinemas

Ok experience. Place was clean, the seats were comfortable. Went early on a weekday, so it was empty. Staff was polite, but only told us they didn't have the food we ordered until after paying. They offered something else instead, no problem (had to pay the difference, which is fine). Even offered to bring it to us into the room. Delivered the food right before the movie started.

It's an odd remodel, where they didn't bother with a lot of things, but then who chooses a movie theater based on the interior design? (Or in this case, the lack thereof.) The screening rooms are small and can sell out fast, but the prices are low and the seats are wonderful. Just stay away from theater #9, there are weird splotches all over the (brand new?) screen. Edit: Now theater #3 had the blotches! They are spreading!

Went to see the Avengers there Saturday night and a fuse blew and our seats wouldn't recline (actually the last three rows wouldn't work). They offered everyone a refund (if we wanted to leave) but we already paid $14 for a popcorn and a soda so we figured we'd stay, plus it was too late to go anywhere else. Then 2/3 of the way through the movie, the screen went black for about 3-4 minutes before coming back on. Several people (including my son) got up to notify the management and ended up missing a few minutes. We went there for the reclining seats and off course tickets there cost more because of the seats and we couldn't use them. They should've offered tix to another show... that is good customer service! Not sure we will be returning.

Clean and comfortable as if I was at home. I like mid day show times, and lucky me I was all alone this visit. Perfect for moms who need a hour or 2 of quiet time

Great seats and good prices. However, this place has no signage and is hard to find. Also, this theatre is understaffed. The person selling popcorn also sells tickets. Hope this place makes the necessary changes and is successful!
