AMC Loews Jersey Gardens 20

05/28/18 - 18:55 Show Actual theater was well kept and clean. Movie presentation was good. Staff is limited in all departments. Some general public areas have been closed down e.g. One of the main ticket booths, food & beverage stands. The ones servicing customers are unkempt and extremely dirty throughout. This automatically makes you question the cleanliness and quality of the good being prepared. Overall it gives the impression that it may be getting shut down

Lots of screens and parking are the only real positives for this location. The theater is relatively clean but dated. The whole location needs a face lift... but if you're not going to shell out for premium seats at another theater, come here for large seating areas and decent, average product.

Very nice theater! I like going during the week and watch a early show. Any show before 3pm. This mall and movie theater are pretty to look at inside. I just avoid the weekends fri, sat, sun and i go in mornings to shop at the mall. The crowd gets sketchy during the peek times...

I really like the theater! They have many screens which means more showtimes. The only headache is that they allow NON-AMCstub holders in the premiere line. Almost as if I pay membership for nothing. Also they don't initiate food upgrades as entitled, I always have to ask for the popcorn upgrade. They can do better if more attention Is given to AMC Stub premiere holders.

Seats are not comfortable and makes screeeceing noise.. overall ambience is ok. Going occasionally is fine but Newport mall AMC is far better and is well equipped with recliners seats which are awesome and comfortable ambience is bright and positive
