I went with my family for a movie. When I get there they said they are not showing that movie. what a waste of time! they would have removed the movie from the screening list on their website. I would have saved an hour drive and gone some where else!

It’s just alright. When you want to watch a movie but can’t get tickets at any of the newer and good surround sound places, you can go here. Mind you everything is old. The seats, the style and they don’t have any seat numbers so basically it’s first come first catch your seat basis. Their bathrooms stink, their audio system is ancient and their picture screen has the old day charm of the sides being cut off.. they have only 1 person to buy tickets and snacks from, and no self service kiosks so you’ve got to stand in line a long time to buy your tickets. You can be sure of one thing though, that they will have seats for a movie any day, Sunday or even a holiday. It’s a pain to get to though. And the whole route is very shady.

The worst theater I have ever went to. No air conditioning, the seats stink. It was so suffocating that I tried and went to contact manager in the middle of the movie and surprisingly no one knows where the manager is at. Missed movie and decided not to go to this theater even if I get free tickets. You won't find the theater from the road. There is just one small sign in the whole shopping complex that says the theater is this way. For the people who came walking, you should ask people over there to find out how to go to the theater or else you will be lost in the mall trying to find the theater.

1-star is generous for this place. My roommate & I went to this place to go watch the new Avengers movie and we should have immediately noticed something was off with this place when I heard other people walking out after complaining. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, we walked in to the theater to find what was the most disgusting theater I've ever been to. I don't think I'm super snobby or high maintenance but I literally could not find a clean seat. Here is what was wrong with this place: 1. The seats were disgusting. There were stains and mystery "goo" all over every single seat. 2. The theater was just trashed in general. I didn't see one staff member in there cleaning or even attempting to clean. Popcorn bags and trash everywhere. 3. The screens were off. It looked like they haven't updated it since the 90's and didn't even have previews playing or anything. People literally had to use their cell phone flash to get around lol. 4. After asking for a refund, they refused because it says "no refunds" on the ticket. I assume they put this on the ticket because so many people have complained.

This theater is literally trash. They didn't turn on the air conditioner while we were watching the movie. After the movie ended, we went to talk to the manager. She had very unacceptable attitude just because we notified that the ac wasn't turned on. In addition, the guy at the register also had an attitude. We've been going to this theater for a few years now but we decided to not go to this trashy managed theater anymore. Unacceptable!
