Under new management! Thank goodness! Office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They have been more productive in the last two weeks than the last bunch were in two years! Maintenance is proactive and competent. Reasonably priced and great location!

I will give a zero star! The most expensive apt I ever been and the nastiest! Full of roaches!! Big Sewer roaches everywhere! Crawling on me while sleeping! Coming from behind dishwasher, ac vents, behind kitchen light, be aware of the black mold behind dishwasher, I complaint they didn't fix it! "They only want your money"

Bugs and roaches. Manager won’t do anything. Pest control come and spray water in my house not an actual solution to kill the bugs and roaches. The AC leaks the dishwasher is dirty they won’t change anything in the apartment.

Only because I live here its cool. But maintenance takes forever to come. And they never notify you of any changes. They also have a no backing in policy which I never heard of.. Stupid..

Worst apartments ever been in, charging remodeled prices for apartments that never even been touched, they are still multiple leaks and a lot of flaws to be charging too much...new management is straight up dumb they will give you a hard time worst apartments ever moved in

I like the apartments they're very spacious
