Canyon Palms Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years, and our manager Michelle is always keeping place safe checking all vacant apartments with security, getting place fixed up so our kids can play in safe & clean area.She is the best we have had since I've been here. She's very respectful when explaining things to me & my neighbor's. I can speak for all my neighbor's she is a keeper give her a award for keeping our home safe & clean!! Thank You Michelle for all you do we know it's not a easy job,but you sure do it well and corporate needs to know!! Thank you Tenants of Canyon Palms!!

So my ex wife lives here with my 7 year old son. She was held up at gun point a little over a week ago. She reached out to the office right away to see about breaking her lease so she can move with me and be in a safer place. I had gone up to the office numerous times but unfortunately they wouldn’t even speak to me. My ex wife works at a hospital so her hours are unpredictable and when she called they refused to speak to her. She took 2 days off early and the office was closed 2-3 hours before they were supposed to closed. My ex wife was so scared she was just trying to get out of the situation and over to my house. So she didn’t call the cops. She just wanted to get away. They are now saying she can’t leave and needs to stay because there is no police report. In the state of Arizona, if your life is threatened they are to let you out of the lease. Also some girl blew drugs in our sons face and they don’t do anything about that either.

I just wanna say Michelle the office mgr has been very polite and she is getting things done and I feel like I have a voice now and she has been changing alot here I hope she stays longer the the others, she lives in property so she knows how it is and can relate to us tenants! The apartments need alot of work but I've been here a long time and hopefully I can see this place get better.

Michelle is attentive and great with getting things done when she says she will.She is friendly and has a can do attitude and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents have what they need and that the property is a safe place to live.

I am disabled and I have lived here at canyon palms for 3 years I've seen many managers come and go but one stands out to me the most and that is Michelle she takes time and patience to explain to me what's going on when I don't understand she fixed my apartment so that it will pass inspection and I don't have to move Thank you Michelle for keeping our home safe and clean Thank you

This place is unreal you have people breaking in apartment when office closes then they hang out up front all day long waiting for them to close up then you have people like the a man that lives in 243 always load music and out side yelling and cussing people and a gun in his hand and saling them deadly blur pills and always wanting to fix why people bragging bout how he worked the system to get his voucher has people staying with him all the time but if your in a voucher you should just make the State pay everyone way trouble there I would run not safe for anyone not even a dog

I wouldn't recommend anybody to rent from here. I currently live at this property, been here almost 2yrs. The new management cares more about how the outside of the property looks then fixing the apartments themselves. I found a body in the pool over the summer last year and they still haven't drained the pool or cleaned it since that day. It has constant traffic of people who do pills and squatters in empty apartments. The front office manager Bobby is rude. This place doesn't care about their tenants at all. The apartments have mold in the walls. Plumbing is always messed up. Don't rent from here.

Stay to yourself & you will have no problems. I have lived here for over 8 years. Plan on staying even longer. I have never had problems with management. They always compliment my apartment & thank me.

This place needs to be torn down ND rebuilt. The worst of the worst hang here. I suggest any that if you get invited here turn and run as fast as they can! Roach and bed bug-infested... I use to reside here but thank God I made it out alive. My neighbors place was sprayed with bullets over 100 rounds went thru her place. Freaking bananas!
