Ive live there for 9 months had water for 3 months maybe water is always turn off for some reason are another,no pool it took me 3 months to get a new toilet had a huge crack in my tank management lies to you about when things are going to be fixed better than living on the streets but not by much beware do not move here
New management has been a lot better, move in was very welcoming and friendly , haven’t had to reach out for any issues yet. Have been here a few months and so far we are comfortable.
