You can paint a roach motel white, but it's STILL a roach motel at the end of the day. Fix the prob, don't paint it.

This place went down hill, it used to be great been living here for over a decade. Rest in peace grass that used to be all over the place, guess that just cost too much to maintain after they squandered a good business. This just makes me sad, I gotta move outta here

Worst place to ever live. Do not live here, period. This place is so old and ran down that all the plumbing inside is starting to leak and now the dry wall in the bathroom and kitchen have mold growing. Very unsafe living conditions.

Office management is very unprofessional, they have no empathy, and are extremely rude. I’ve been residing here for 3 years, I wanted to move in into a new apartment and they wanted me to take it in unlivable conditions. I confronted management regarding the issue and their response was” if I didn’t like it go somewhere else”.

One of the worst apt ever I will rate them a Zero Maintenance and management are terrible here there no help when u call . One of my biggest mistakes moving in here

So I barley just moved in and there’s already roaches, I saw like 3 small ones and there’s a leak in the bathroom which we told the front office about it a week before and said they were going to do send someone to go fix it but it still leaking overall the place isn’t bad
