I enjoy living here at Canyon North Apartments with my family. Our neighbors are really friendly and respectful. This part of Phoeinx is getting better, what a nice place to call home.
My family and I think these apartments are located in the best possible area in Phoenix to where you can get anywhere in the city either by car or public transportation fast. Any issues that comes up gets fix as fast as possible by the management.
them new one saying good things about this place lying. cops come and go. ive been living here about 4 years. loud disrespectful people. crazy people trying to kill themselfs. im being serious. these apts are remodeled but the people sheeeesh.
This place is the worst! Drugs, Bugs, crazy neighbors that talk to themselves. Omg homeless people. Kids that are rude and vandalizes the disgusting laundry room. Green Pool. Garbage all over the property. Babies in diapers running around unsupervised. I'm living in Hell.
Best apartments in Phoenix. Prompt on fixing any issue that we have. Clean and quiet neighborhood.
