The dryers dont work, there are roaches in the washing machines and outside of them and stove in my apartment doesnt work and I have tried to get someone to fix it and they do nothing. Just move somewhere else
Man, did things here go downhill fast. The building is under new ownership. Noisy neighbors, bad management, tons of maintenance problems.
I was a licensed real estate agent in the 2000s. I worked as an apartment locator. I never had any trouble renting out these units. I loved the hallway that kept the units quiet. I loved the size of the units. The manager, I can not remember her name, but she was small with long, dark hair, was wonderful. This was a nice complex.
