I have lived here for a while now and the property has improved greatly since I moved in. It is clean, well managed and well maintained. Our pool is clean and sparkling. It is also peaceful.

I love my landlord he's gotta be the best I have ever experienced and his impeccable maintenance team that help whenever needed not a great area but if I didn't have this landlord I wouldn't be here...Thanks Ben & crew

Management needs to be better manager is hardly there it's hard to get ahold of and there needs to be better clean up on the property when winter comes needs to have mateanace come out and clean the grounds I will not stay another year here

At first it was ok living there but you don’t wanna live here

Under new management and new manager is dishonest and a lair would not rent here to many dope heads living there.

Picked up Lonnie Ballard and took him to his house on 48th Street and baseline ready for next but he wants another ride to his doctor
