Cinnabon

This used to be my favorite place to treat the kiddos. Finding a new spot until I see sweet deals for Aunties. The name changed and now my sweet deals are no longer being accepted. I would have used all of them had COVID not stopped the ability to go places. Tuesday's were the days to go for the $10 box. After the movie Tuesday, we would get dessert! The customer service was amazing five stars for customer service. Three stars are due to the company switching name but are a part of the same umbrella but will not honor my sweet deals. The Aunties sign seemed like it was always in the background but now it is the forefront Cinnabon is taking the back seat in Arkansas.

Worst cinnabon we have ever been to. We ordered a 4 pak of cinnamon rolls and they said they were not doing paks because they didn't have enough cinnamon rolls. You're a cinnamon roll store and can't complete an order of 4 cinnamon rolls?? They only had one pan of 6 rolls left. We ended up leaving with 2 cinnamon rolls which they acted like that was too much to sell to us and I canceled my lemonade order because everything looked so dirty and needed a good wipe down. It wasn't busy either so I'm not sure what the problem was but we won't be back.

The team Made my food fresh and the staff was delightful. I wish I would have gotten their names because the staff alone that night was worth it.cinnabon is always amazing with their warm gooey cream cheese icing and auntie Anne's pretzels were on point

I was the only customer in the store and was ignored. Two more customers came in and they took their orders right away. Finally I ordered a pretzel dog with mustard and center of the roll. After I paid, the cashier said "Oh, we don't have regular mustard but I didn't charge you anyway. " Really?? I don't like sweet honey mustard on my hotdogs. What to do? I've been waiting, finally placed my order and paid, had an hour drive home.... I grabbed my bag, walked out the door and threw the pretzel dog away on my way to the car. I had no one with me to eat it. At least the cinnamon roll was good.

Walked in the employee was setting at the window on her tablet. Acted like we were putting her out. Very rude when asked if we could have our cinnamon roll warned her reply was warmer than what it is! Was back at window before we even got out the door.

Lots of new faces behind the counter but these guys know what they are doin. Always a good sport for a quick and sweet snack.

Absolutely Fantastic. The fresh 6 pack cannot be beat!

The pizza pretzel bites were over cooked and burnt and extremely overpriced for how little you get. The large lemonade we got was ¾ full and when I said something to the cashier she was going to charge us for a refill on the drink she just handed me less than 30 seconds ago.

Just left because 1 the servers avoided serving me. 2 the server said they had no cinnabons

They were out of what I wanted. Apparently once they run out, You're out of luck!
