They have young ignorant employees that do not know customer service. As I am looking at the menu to decide exactly what I want, first off they only accept cash, secondly I was being rushed like there was a line at all since only cash was accepted and its 2024 and in the galleria mall I'm houston. NOT A SOUL WAS ORDERING as EVERYONE has a card. I however was will and about to order when a young Hispanic male with no customer service proceeded to try and rush me to order. Not worth your time nor your money. This place clearly won't last as it's not even prepared to accept a card payment. Nor is it a franchise. Clearly someone just trying something thinking this spot is bound to make money; which it is just not ran the way it currently is being ran.
The customer service here sucks. I just had thee worst experience here and if it wasn’t for my son wanting them I would have left. I had to walk away as my family ordered. Not sure how long this place will last here but I don’t see it staying for long. I’m contacting cooperate as well.Food: 1/5
Yummy tasty buns esp when they’re warmed up! Got to sit in front of the Christmas tree while soaking in the moment.
I think this place could a little bit better. My cinnamon roll tasted old and the texture was hard like a rock. My friends got lucky bc their orders were slightly different and tasted better. Way fresher!!! I recommend going there but choosing the one you want specifically....
i was recently there on the 9th of this month an a girls trip from Florida. I must say that the staff there ...ALL OF THEM NEED TO BE FIRED!!!!! I wanted to order 6 large rolls for my friends and I and the only ones that were prepackaged was from early that morning and when I was there it was about 4 PM, so I asked for fresh ones, they argued me down saying if i wanted six i HAD TO take those six and that if I got fresh ones i would have to pay the difference and that it would be $20. I then told them that i would take a dozen of mini's. Well the guy was putting them in the box and his coworker hit his elbow and they fell on the counter and then he started putting them back in the box. I told him that I don't them that fell on the counter and he got mad. I then told him that I would take the fresh ones and then he told me about the price again and i told them that would be fine. Well some woman that was in the back which had to be the manager came out and said there would be a price increase and once again I said that is fine. She then told me that she was going to charge me $40 for 6 and they are like $4 and some change. The math wasn't mathin'!!! I knew then that they didn't want my business because they tried to double charge me all because i didn't want those old cinnamon rolls. If i could give this place a NEGATIVE 100 I would. I checked one star because that was the lowest one they had!!! If you are thinking about going to this Cinnabon in the Galleria Mall in Houston Texas..... DON'T! Find another one because the workers are RUDE! I can't say how they taste because I refused to pay $40 for 6 Cinnamon rolls.
They're suppose to close at 7pm but we're already starting to close up at 6:30. Didn't want to take my order because they said they have to clean. They should just honestly change their work hours because it's false af.Service: 1/5
The place closes at 8 pm and they refused to serve me at 7.40 pm ! No reason why just that they were closed even though the sign on the window clearly says 8pm . This is the second time this month!! In a moment like this where business are suffering and closing everywhere seems like a slap on the face ! Every other restaurant and stores were open ! Not to mention the rudeness and the not caring attitude of the staff. Very disappointing!!!

The business is supposed to close at 9:00 p.m., but the assistant told me, that they close at 8:45.
They said they don’t accept Cinnabon Rewards. That would’ve been helpful information before I drove 20 minutes to get here. Cinnabon is super yummy but they should get better staff or give them training. I would like to give my business to stores with kind and friendly staff.
