CRAVE Cupcakes

The cupcake was delicious. I ordered the salted caramel I enjoyed it. But I did noticed In another display case the lemon bars had a fly stuck on it. They didn’t have any extra in the back and the worker was very nonchalant about it.Food: 3/5

Crave cupcakes are such an absolute treat. Always so thankful they offer gluten free cupcake options- all are delicious, the best frosting and the best cupcake. Very rarely get to go so it is always a treat! Service is great and are always happy to box my gluten free cupcakes separate from my boyfriend’s gluten filled cupcakes! I can say from my experience, these are absolutely the best cupcakes in Houston! The ratios of fluffy but still moist, sweet but not too sweet, and cake to icing are all unmatched! My favorites so far are red velvet, vanilla, and cookies and cream. I tried this for the first time at a company holiday party 8 years ago. I finally found them on instagram so many years later and they are just as good. They aren’t cheap but nothing of great quality is!

Beautiful clear display of cupcakes. Clean and neat interior. It is an inviting vibe. They have large selection of different flavors for everyone. I had the confetti, salted caramel, and vanilla cupcakes. The bases of the 3 cupcakes are the same. The icing on top of the cupcakes were a little too sweet for me. However, I prefer the salted caramel one because of the contrast of sweet and salt, also there was a small amount of caramel injected in the middle of the cupcake base. I will go back to try other flavors like the dark chocolate to see if there will be surprise inside.

This neat and cute establishment is soooo good. Get the cotton candy cupcake...it's seasonal but a for sure grab! Glass doors and great customer service. Line fills fast but keeps moving. A nice display of a variety of about 12 flavors to choose dog's. Quick service from the hello to the thank you have a good day. For 4 cupcakes under 20 that's fair. When I ate my cotton candy cupcake it was so moist and amazing and the fondant candy on top is a hit. DOG LOVERS, a nice treat grab for your dogs.

This is what I received on today via uber eats. No bagging to secure it or anything. You are far too overpriced to receive this type of trash service. I expected better. Ruined my child's birthday!Food: 1/5

This cupcake shop is arguably the best in Houston! The cupcakes are perfect: the right proportion of cake to frosting; moist cake; delicious flavors, such as almond cake; the right combination of cake and frosting flavors; beautiful presentation. The customer service is always fantastic. They listen and try to accommodate all your needs. The shop also serves fresh, brewed-on-spot coffe and I find the prices reasonable. These make a great gift for any occasion but also if your traveling and want to bring your loved ones a taste of Houston.

I have been a fan of crave cupcakes for years, however, what has prompted me to write this review is a new cupcake flavor that we tried that was simply exquisite. We were eager to try the skinny strawberries and cream which we had never previously seen in the store. According to the employee and on the website, it appears to be a vanilla cupcake sugar free with strawberry buttercream frosting with strawberry fragments made with less sugar and is less calories. Was not sure what to expect but it had to be the best cupcake we have ever had and never knew we needed. We felt the method of using less sugar left the cupcake perfectly sweet without being overpowering while also maintaining the flavor. Not to mention they were fresh and oh so soft. I really hope this same method is used in the future to make other flavors! Loved it.

Cupcakes-yummy! Service was mostly great. They’re usually good but this occasion one staff member seemed uninviting. I concluded that she was filling up a behind the scenes order or task but I’m just thinking what if I was a first time customer.Food: 5/5

Today may 18th 2024, uptown location they decided to close at 3:00 pm due to the weather when is Houston, TX is sunny, 95 F degrees non forecast for rain in at least the next 3 days. Personnel not very nice, a lady with face piercings were delivering the news. I really believe crave cupcakes can do better that that.Service: 1/5
