This is my go to gas station and it has been for a while until recently. Morning time there are about 4-5 people working and only 1 cashier running the register. I use to work for circle k so I know how everything works and the policies. There should never be more than 3 people in line with only 1 cashier working it and the rest are either talking stories or just walking back and forth without lending a helping hand to the cashier trying her best to help each customers. This has been happening a lot lately and it was never like this before. I see a lot of new faces and a new manager and things have changed. I also tried to put gas and I know with my inner circle phone number there’s a 5cent discount but while I was trying to put my number in the cashier didn’t bother to ask me if I am a member or have a phone number to enter she just went ahead and concluded the transaction. So I told her I want to enter my number for gas discount and she totally told me that it’s already too late when she could’ve cancelled the transaction and do it again. Smh! I missed the old people that were running this store and their friendliness and now it’s like robots are running this store. Never ever again!!!!
There is a worker who works the cashier and she talked to each person for like five minutes. People are lining up or trying to get out of there and she said gabbing for five minutes each literally
I normally wouldn’t even write a review for a gas station but here we are lol. I went in after work yesterday probably between 5:10 - 5:20 on my way to grab my friend and force myself to the gym. I just wanted to grab us some waters for the gym. The checkout girl was so sweet and when I told her I was going to the gym and was just startingonly 3 days in a row so far she gave me encouraging words and was overall so funny and amazing. Truly amazing customer service. If I was her manager I’d be giving her a raise!
Restroom doesn’t work, no food…I literally had to stop here for gas, otherwise I would never.
Soda area was filthy . Spilled soda half full cups empty cups wrappers lid bins empty Walked out
The manager Michelle here is rude and dismissive and not knowledgeable about laws or rules when it pertains to stock or sales
I'm not sure what is going on with my neighborhood corner store. I go there often and with few exceptions, its a living breathing nightmare! There is a complete and total lack of respect for people's time. Maybe to cut labor costs or bad management but you can count on a very long slow moving line. Its common to see 10 to 15 people in line with 1 cashier and 1 or 2 other employees wandering around, smoking cigarettes or something else that makes it clear that you, the customer, come in dead last on a very long list of priorities. If it wasn't for Craig, the only person who takes customer service seriously, I would have given up on this location altogether.
This Circle K deserves a makeover! Regardless, always fully stocked courteous employees! Good place to have close to my home for sweet or salty cravings.
Friendly staff and conveniently close to my house! But their gas stations are religiously out of paper. Every time I have to go inside to get my receipt. If it's during the day, what would be a 5-7 minute stop, turns into 20-30 minute waste of time because of the long line. If it's late at night, I always encounter one or two shady characters, hanging out by the front door.
I could have left this review anytime over the past 3 years since I’ve lived here but tonight was the final straw of rude store clerks. They are condescending and rude. Some of the ladies that work there are nice but every guy that works there needs anger management or something. They’re always on a power trip. The c-store is less than par to boot. Never going there again.
