Circle K

The car wash here just scratched my brand new vehicle up. It was perfectly fine before I went through the car wash now the hood and front of the vehicle have scratches.

The cashier Lulu, at the US 36 in Avon, Indiana is one of the rudest cashiers I've encountered. We went in and had purchased a fountain drink, while leaving the counter, my husband almost dropped his drink but managed to catch it. It did make some of a mess on the floor where the lid had came off and some spilled out. Lulu then made a comment of having a mess to clean up in a rude way. It was an accident and should have not been spoken to by her this way. This is not the only encounter we have had with her. Every time we go in and she is working she always has attitude with all customers and when asked for something behind the counter like tobacco she acts like she's annoyed. She at least needs to be retained on how to interact with customers and how to adjust her attitude.

Awesome staff! Always have my favorite treats and drinks! It's very clean and well kept, much better than it used to be. So glad to see new faces behind the counter. The new attendent 's keep the place clean and running smoothly! Especially Robi the new Assistant Mgr. He always goes above and beyond to help the customer with their needs.Thank you for your great customer service!

This place has gotten so much nicer in the past few months! Great job!

I rate this gas stations a 4 star because its my favorite spot to hang and get a fast drink and I would like to see the slushy machine working soon please. Me and my boyfriend and my boss likes the slushy and would like to see new favorite to and my boss dose pay for the circle K program for the free drink. Ps thank you circle k for being tbere for us and being open when in need. Have a wonderful day & night.

The store is always nice and clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, I stop by every day and have always felt welcomed. Paul is an awesome manager and his staff loves him, Marilyn and Keith are both fantastic associates and know how to keep the place looking great and running smooth and are both very dedicated. Love this location!

The Circle K Shelll at US36 and SR 267 has deteriorated, in spite of new pumps. First, the pump screen doesn't show options for Rewards discounts. Today it is 29 degrees and the windshield wash basins are frozen solid and most have no squeegees. This station used to be one of the best with clean fluid that handled subfreezing weather and had good squeegees. The pump screens worked properly before they were replaced, too. I have told an attendant about it and asked to pass it along to the owners. That was a month ago and the problem is still present. I am sure the pumps just need a software update. I'll buy my Shell gas at Country Club Rd and US 36 until this improves.

I come to this exact location every morning to see Aimee Guy. She is one of the funniest and most sincere strangers I’ve ever met. She gives incredible customer service and I wanted to thank her and give her recognition

None of the employees know what's going on and the pop machine always has either 4+ drink options out,or the working ones don't work at all. Don't know who the young blonde girl was working on Sunday May 21st around 5pm,but she was extremely rude and I watched her be sarcastic to a customer over a receipt for a car wash not printing and it started an argument between two customers. I'm assuming she knew the customer that started the argument. She was clueless about how to fix the problem and acted very immature over the situation. It is located in a very convenient location. But I think I know why the now hiring sign seems to be a permanent sign on the doors. The employees are usually hollering back and forth from the counter to the drink station to each other. Very unprofessional environment.

I stop in there at least three to four times a week! One of my favorite place to get a soda. It's nice to see that they are finally putting some work into the store it's been slacking on the up keep!
